ANAPOELL received his LL.M (Taxation) from Georgetown University Law Center, his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a shareholder in the Irvine office of Greenberg Traurig, P.C., where he focuses his practice on forming private equity, distressed debt, real estate, venture capital and special strategy funds, mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, debt and equity investments and financings, and structuring and negotiating complex corporate transactions.
