5 Top Secrets to Conquering Psoriasis for Life! First off, thanks for downloading this free ebook. I m sure you will find that wealth of information here very helpful especially when you ve been battling Psoriasis for awhile now, or perhaps the most part of you life. In this book, I m not going to go through any basics of your condition. I m sure you ve done enough research and reading yourself to know WHY you have Psoriasis in the first place. But don t blame yourself, or your parents. It s time you turned over a new leaf and decide how YOU can make a change in your situation. I will also not bore you by rambling on about the usual systemic medications you can use to control Psoriasis. I m sure you ll find lots of such information from the Internet or even my blog http://www.scalppsoriasistreatments.org. I m also quite sure the numerous visits to the dermatologists have given you ample professional advise on the wide range of medications, shampoos or even topical creams you can use for your condition. Truly, if all those medications worked well you d probably not be reading this free ebook right now, right? BUT, I m glad you did as

you ve not lost hope of finding a solution yet, AND there IS still hope. The last thing you ll need is to lose complete hope and be depressed. However, before you go on, this is what you MUST know. Psoriasis is a life- long and inherited condition. This is a fact that you can t change. Medical professionals today are still working on better drugs and medications to relief or alleviate the symptoms of psoriasis. It s true that the efficacy of medications is getting better by the day, but a cure has yet to be found. What you can do is to MANAGE it and KNOW the triggers that cause the cycle of Psoriasis over and over again. You can be determined and disciplined enough to avoid Psoriasis flare- ups if you follow the rules, your own rules. At the end of the day, managing Psoriasis is a way of life. You may not have the freedom of eating just about anything you want like other people, and you may need to use natural remedies to sooth your skin more than others. BUT, doing all that and keeping Psoriasis away from your body (and your life), would sure be WORTH ALL THE EFFORT! Let s get started!

Secret #1: Knowing your allergies The Psoriasis cycle of itchiness, sores, scaly patches, crusted scabs and recovery, may well occur over and over again. If you have been trying to get rid of psoriasis only by using topical medications, shampoos and even light treatment, perhaps it s time to change your strategy. Since Psoriasis is an auto- immune disease, allergies may well trigger your body s immune system to overreact. It s just how your body response to allergies. Therefore, if you keep TREATING your symptoms but aren t really working on finding out what s triggering your reactions in the first place, then there is no way to prevent psoriasis from happening to you again and again. The only way to do this is to go for an allergy test. You can possibly get the tests done at a hospital, but it will surely cost you. Another way is to use a pulse test and do- it- yourself at home. Once you have identified your allergies, you can then avoid the foods, or chemicals that are causing the reaction.

Secret #2: Reduce your sugar intake It is a well- known fact that overzealous consumption of sugar causes a host of health problems, and is especially a no- no for those with a family history of diabetes and even heart disease. A lesser- known fact about excessive sugar intake is its impact on the immune system. Research has shown that sugar has a tendency to impair the immune system as well. With this, watching the amount of sugar is important in your journey towards preventing the recurrence of psoriasis. Read the labels of the food you purchase, and avoid too much sweet food such as candy and cakes. Secret #3: Eat to keep your body healthy Since psoriasis is an auto immune disorder, it makes utter sense to eat healthily in order to strengthen your immune system. With the best nutrients, your body s immune system is stronger to defend itself against infections, and assists you in preventing psoriasis. It s also wise to make a preference for organically grown foods as much as you can, so that you can prevent toxins from building up within your body. Apart from this, going for food with a high amount

of minerals, vitamins and nutrients are also important towards a healthier body. Avoid pre- packed and frozen meals, foods that are too high in fats, sugar and salt, or snacks and junk food. Even take- outs may seem quick and easy, but they contain lots of ingredients that are unhealthy for your body. As much as possible, try to prepare and cook your own foods. Refer to the food pyramid on the categories of food and amounts you are supposed to eat for each. It s always best to consume larger quantities of fresh fruits and vegetables, with a balanced quantity of whole grains, some meat, as well as oils that are healthy for the heart. The best way to keep nutrients within your vegetables and fruits are to eat them fresh, after you have given them a thorough wash. Do be careful about the types of dressings you may use, as some dressings such as Italian Dressing or Mayonnaise, may contain larger amounts of fats. At the end of the day, if you feed your body healthier food, your body is then equipped with an adequate range of vitamins and minerals. This means that your body has a better ability to fight off infections and even become less prone to allergies.

Secret #4: The secret to soothed skin, naturally One of the ways to manage psoriasis is to find ways to sooth your skin with natural remedies. However, in relation to allergies, you may find that you are allergic to the elements and herbs in some of these remedies, while others are reaping the benefits out of it. Thus, it s always advisable to test each product on a small area of your skin for allergic reactions, before trying it on a full scale. Watch for any reactions after letting it sink into your skin for a few minutes, and avoid the temptation to buy or make large amounts of any creams, solutions or natural raw ingredients before testing for allergies. To soothe your skin, a combination of Calendula, Oregano and Olive oils are the perfect remedy for this. Mix these oils together and apply them on your skin after testing for allergies. Another method to sooth the skin is a concoction of Burdock Seeds and Chamomile Flowers. These need to be boiled and sweetened with honey before consumption. Other than soothing your skin, this mixture may also work well to correct any imbalances internally in your body. Again, if you experience any allergy against any of these ingredients, you have to stop and try other remedies instead.

Secret #5: Skin mousse for scalp psoriasis For scalp psoriasis, the right balance of sebum on your scalp is important to prevent deterioration of your condition and work well towards improvement. With this, you can make your own Marigold or Jojoba Oil shampoos. However, to take it a step further, you can create a skin mousse with a combination of Aloe and Jojoba Oils, as well as a mixture of Yarrow, Frankincense, Lavender or Immortelle. This skin mousse helps to soften the scalp psoriasis area, hydrate it and sooth it to reduce inflammation. Conclusion Conquering Psoriasis and improving your skin situation is not beyond reach! All you need is the right methods and remedies, belief in yourself, lots of discipline and determination. It s a fact that you can t be as carefree about your food as those around you, but if you lead a healthy lifestyle, you can not only prevent psoriasis, but also heart disease, diabetes, allergies and a host of other health issues that come with poor dietary habits.
