Ammar Abdulwahed Alkhudairy Chairman and Independent Mr Ammar Abdulwahed Alkhudairy is a Founding Partner and Chairman of Amwal Al Khaleej. Previously, Mr. Alkhudairy served as the Managing Partner and Board Member at the firm. He founded the firm in 2004. Mr. Alkhudairy has held a number of senior management positions with Saudi banking institutions, including the Head of Strategic Business Development at Banque Saudi Fransi, and Country Head at Gulf International Bank B.S.C. His professional track record spans a range of finance disciplines including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate finance, corporate banking and merchant banking. He serves on the Board of Directors of several prominent companies in the Kingdom. Saud Alblehed Independent Mr. Saud Alblehed is the founding Managing Director of Ma'arif for Education & Training, a K12 school operator and owner in Saudi Arabia. He is also the Managing Director of Afras Trading and Contracting Company. Furthermore, he is a Board Member of Seder Group for Trading and Contracting. Clare Woodman Ms. Clare Woodman is Global Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley s Institutional Securities Group and is a member of the Firm s Global Operating & Management Committee. Ms. Woodman joined Morgan Stanley in 2002 as a lawyer and between 2006 and 2009 she was the Risk Officer for Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking. Sammy Kayello Mr. Sammy Kayello is the Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley Middle East and North Africa. Previously he managed Morgan Stanley s MENA Sales and Trading franchise whose team is now located in the firm s London, Riyadh, and Dubai offices. Mr. Kayello is a 30 year veteran of Morgan Stanley having joined the institution in New York in 1986. He has been part of the MENA leadership team since the Dubai office opened in 2006. Mr. Kayello holds an MBA from Duke University s Fuqua School in North Carolina. He is also a Ph.D candidate in Structured Mechanics from Duke University s School of Engineering. 4
Gabriel Aractingi, Managing Director Mr. Gabriel Aractingi is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia. He is responsible for the overall management of Morgan Stanley s business in Saudi Arabia. This includes Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, and Investment Management. Mr. Aractingi joined Morgan Stanley in June 2010 as Head of Private Wealth Management Middle East and North Africa, managing a team of Investment Advisors in London, Geneva and Dubai covering the Middle East and North Africa. Prior to this hel was Head of the Middle East at Swiss private bank Lombard Odier. Mr. Aractingi has extensive experience in the MENA region, with particular emphasis on Saudi Arabia, and has spent more than 20 years in the investment banking industry in New York, Geneva, Dubai and Riyadh. Mr. Aractingi received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. 5
