Yoga has been part of the daily routine of Indians for 2500 years. Yoga with physical, breathing and meditative exercises unifies body and mind. It let you take a break from your busy life and built up the strength to take it physically and mentally easier. Alternately our experienced Yoga teachers Leslie and Kerstin are guiding the Yoga sessions twice a day. It does not matter if you are a beginner or advanced participant. They will sensitively crater to your level.
Pranayama (daily, except day 5) With Pranayama you put all your concentration on your deep breath. This meditative yogic discipline and art supports the ability of concentration in general and develops a steady mind and strong will-power. Kalaripayattu The traditional martial art, Kalaripayattu, expresses the perfect coordination between body and spirit. It impressively combines acrobatics, yoga and ancient knowledge about the human body. Even for non professionals, some typical Kalaripayattu exercises are perfect to involve in Yoga practise. Ayurveda The Knowledge of life is originated in India at least 3000 years ago and still a permanent part of Indian life and identity. Practicing Ayurveda aims in a health and balance and is applicable in various parts of daily life regarding food and lifestyle.
