The theme of this end of year retreat is to give you a chance to enter Christmas and New Year in the best possible physical. mental and emotional condition. Alongside a week of deep rest and regeneration through de-tox diet, natural silence, regular yoga asana, pranayama and guided meditation, come and enjoy master classes on therapeutic interventions using yoga, where you will also be able to deal with your own health issues, personally with Gordon Lee Silence, the retreat director, in private if necessary. This retreat may also be of interest to any body workers who may like to know more about how yoga really works as therapy.

6 Contributing to the Retreat - Participants on the retreat will be asked to donate 250 Euros basic contribution to the Retreat, which will cover all accommodation, food, practices and master-classes. Solstice Celebration Event Bring food and drink to contribute to a Solstice Celebration Feast on Saturday 21 st December, when fasting practice will turn to feasting and partying to mark one year into the New Age of the End of the Illusion! Donations Welcome. All donations will go to building a Solar Temple at the Inner Peace Forest Retreat, which will finally replace the dojo that was burnt in 2003.
