Ms. Mascaro is passionate about Christian Education and has a Bachelor s Degree from Valley Forge Christian College as well as a Master s Degree from Thomas Edison State College. She has been in Christian education for 30 years, taught 22 years as a teacher. She has been a part of CCA for 14 years, nine of which being the Administrator to our wonderful Knights. Mrs. Pulham taught elementary school here in Pinellas County for 28 year before moving into the office here at Countryside. This will be her 11th year here. Miss Wood graduated from Clearwater Christian College with a degree in Elementary Education in December 2014. She has been a teacher at CCA since January of 2015 and is looking forward to starting her second school year here. Miss Wood has a passion for reading and enjoys sharing that with her students. Mrs. Syrstad has taught for nine years, with eight of those here at CCA. She holds a Bachelor degree, an ACSI certification, and is pursuing a masters degree. Mrs. Syrstad enjoys making subjects more interesting with projects, acting, and trips and loves to see an excitement for learning from her students. Mrs. Simons is in her fifteenth year of teaching. This is her fourth year at CCA. She earned her Bachelor degree from Radford University and her Master degree from USF. Cynthia Mackintosh has a strong passion for travel, cultures, and making memories last forever by scrap booking. She absolutely loves teaching children Spanish and its diverse cultures. This is her tenth year teaching and it has all been at CCA! She has a Bachelor degree from Eckerd College in International Business and is ACSI certified. Singing is another passion. Mrs. Ainlay has taught in Education for 18 years and five years here at CCA. She is dedicated to Christian Education and helping her students with their walk with Christ. Mrs. Hirsch comes to the Academy with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a passion for art. Her previous eight years include teaching art, giving private lessons, judging polychromatic art, speaking at teachers conventions, and authoring a teachers guide on creating art in the classroom - to be published Spring 2016.
