WHERE TO FIND THE TOP TRANSACTIONS ON THE ENHANCED SCHOOLSFIRSTFCU.ORG ACCOUNT DETAILS Start by clicking Member Home in the top navigation (1). There you ll see a summary of all of your Checking, Savings, Credit Card, Loan and Retirement accounts. Click on one of your accounts (underlined in BLUE) to see more detail (2). On the details page, you can search for transactions (3), download transaction history (4), and view transactions, starting with the most recent (5).

LAST FIVE TRANSACTIONS the green arrow next to the account, and the screen will expand to show your five most recent transactions (2). DIVIDEND AND INTEREST RATES Start by clicking Member Home in the top navigation (1). There you ll see a summary of all of your Checking, Savings, Credit Card, Loan and Retirement accounts. To see interest rate on a specific account, select Details (2). A box will open with a summary of your account, including earnings on dividend-bearing account and your interest rate on loans and lines of credit (3).

ONLINE STATEMENTS eservices (2) in the subnavigation. Then select the account and enter the statement period you want to view (3). EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS Setting up an external account makes it possible to transfer funds between your SchoolsFirst FCU account and your account at another financial institution. From Member Home (1), select Electronic Routing Instructions (2) under Account Services on the left-hand side. Then on the next page, select Add an External Account (3) under Account Services on the left-hand side.

EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS CONT D Next, click on Add Another Financial Institution Account (4) to add your external account information. You will be asked to provide the routing number, account number, and name on the external account (5). Then click Continue.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS For credit card authorizations: the green arrow next to your Credit Card and the screen will expand. Click on Authorizations. A list of authorizations for the account will be displayed. For debit card authorizations: Click on your Checking account s available balance (in underlined BLUE) (3).

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS CONT D A box will open with a summary of your pending authorizations. MAKE A SCHOOLSFIRST FCU CREDIT CARD OR LOAN PAYMENT Make a Payment in the subnavigation (2). From the drop down menus (3), select the account you want to transfer funds from and the account you want to transfer funds to (pay), enter the amount of your payment (4), and then click Continue (5). To view your loan payment or credit card history, select Loan Payment History or Credit Card Payment History from Account Services on the same page (6).

CREDIT CARD REWARDS Rewards Visa points redemption information can be found by logging in to https://www.dreampoints.com/sc hoolsfirstfcu/ If it s your first time visiting the credit card rewards site, you ll need to register and create a login and password. MEMBER-TO-MEMBER TRANSFERS From Member Home (1), select Transfer Funds from the subnavigation (2). On the Transfers page, select the account you want to make a transfer from (3), in the second drop down (4) select Transfer to another Member and fill in the other Member s account information. If you transfer to this Member often, check the Save for Future Transfers box (5). (The Member will appear in the Member to Member box on the left-hand side (6); for future transfers, simply click on their name to transfer funds to them.) Once complete, select Continue (7) to confirm and send funds.

MORTGAGE PAYMENT & INTEREST Details for mortgage account (2). A box will open with a summary of your most recent payment and how it breaks down into principal, interest, escrow (if applicable) and late fees (if applicable).

PRE-APPROVALS If you re eligible for any current pre-approval offers for SchoolsFirst FCU Loans or Credit Cards, congratulations! The Offers box will appear on the left-hand side of your screen under Messages (1). Click on the offer name to see more details.
