Lucici Village Montenegro Welcome to Lucici Village The refurbishment of entire ruined old-stone village is a unique project in Montenegro. For a while the villagers would return at weekends to enjoy the country air and tend their gardens, but eventually, they stopped going back at all and the village fell into ruin. views overlooking the mouth of the Bay of Kotor, combined with the charming remains of the original village and its characterful stone houses, attracted the eye of the current owner who is creating a unique gated community here, accessible only by a private road, with excellent communal facilities. The reconstruction of the village has been painstakingly planned to achieve a sense of community whilst allowing residents to enjoy their privacy.
