Flrida Healthcare Calitin Task Frce Healthcare Calitin Requirements HEALTHCARE COALITION REQUIREMENTS The fllwing is a list f requirements fr healthcare calitins (HCC) t cmplete if participating in grant funds thrugh the U.S. Department f Health and Human Services, Assistant Secretary fr Preparedness and Respnse (ASPR), Natinal Healthcare Preparedness Prgram (NHPP). The elements must be cmpleted in their entirety by the end f the 2016-2017 fiscal year which ends n June 30, 2017. This checklist serves as a resurce tl t assist HCC persnnel assist the cmpletin f ASPR, NHPP requirements. It is nt t be used as dcumentatin r reprting f cmpletin f specific elements under each functinal area. Its primary purpse is t serve as a radmap fr assuring perfrmance cmpletin f each designated functin. Equipment t assist healthcare rganizatins with the prvisin f critical services: (Please check all that apply ) Identify equipment within the HCC that can prvide specialty medical services (e.g., mbile pharmacy). Identify, implement and dcument educatin and training pprtunities that address capability gaps. Functin 6 - Imprve Healthcare Respnse Capabilities thrugh Crdinated Exercise and Evaluatin Exercise Plans: (Please check all that apply ) An exercise schedule. An annual update plan.
