Digital Transformation Vision: A digital-first approach to use digital technologies and channels to revitalise service delivery to customers and improve productivity Identified Business Problems Failure of the Strategic Planning process to effectively integrate technology investment means that business support is outdated and not meeting needs. The lack of understanding of the strategic value and requirements for data has resulted in fragmented, inefficient data management, which is impacting, credibility, productivity & decision support. An out-dated, inflexible business environment is undermining service credibility with customers by making it difficult, time consuming and costly for them to do business with us. The inability to gain access to information and business systems whilst away from the desk is disempowering staff and inhibiting local decision making.
