That means they ll spend less time shuffling spreadsheets and more time building and running comprehensive, high quality implementation plans. For Senior IT and Business managers, ICEFLO gives real-time visibility into the status and service impact of changes. Delivering change with confidence is enabled while constantly managing the risk to service availability. ICEFLO is easy to use and built on the way you already work, using common terminology and a proven, structured process. As a Cloud-based solution, everyone can access ICEFLO with just an Internet connection there s no need for expensive hardware or software and no lengthy setup or configuration period. Team 20 per month per user Implementation Management for small groups. With a minimum of 2 users, Team provides all the core features of ICEFLO that will enable you to build and run implementation plans. With minimal setup and configuration, within hours you will be able to use Team to construct detailed runbooks or Service Transition Plans (STPs). Exploit the ICEFLO platform to transform static spreadsheets into dynamic, real-time implementation plans with 360-degree visibility of status. Like all editions of ICEFLO, Team transforms how you collaborate with geographically dispersed colleagues, suppliers and 3rd parties anyone, anywhere, at any time, all from the Cloud. Business 40 per month per user Implementation Management for companies with substantial numbers of staff participating in complex technology transformations (minimum of 10 users). With Business, you get advanced Implementation Management capabilities to help your team succeed, including complex scenarios that we call Events - multiple Implementation Managers running multiple, inter-connected runbooks or Service Transition Plans (STPs). Choose Business if you need a range of additional features including advanced workflow and approvals, SMS notifications, access controls, audit capability, inter-stp dependencies, multi-stp Events with consolidated Dashboards. Enterprise Price by agreement Implementation Management for companies with substantial numbers of staff participating in complex technology transformations (minimum of 10 users). With Enterprise, you get advanced Implementation Management capabilities to help your team succeed, including complex scenarios that we call Events - multiple Implementation Managers running multiple, inter-connected runbooks or Service Transition Plans (STPs). Choose Enterprise if you need a range of additional features including advanced workflow and approvals, SMS notifications, access controls, audit capability, inter-stp dependencies, multi-stp Events with consolidated Dashboards. 2
3 With our range of ICEFLO s, you can start with our entry-level Team and add users to meet your growing needs. You can upgrade to another that has more features when your awareness of the transformational benefits of ICEFLO grows. There will be no disruption to your business because we take care of everything behind the scenes. This is a quick overview of the main capabilities of each. The details of every feature by are in the matrix on the following page. No matter which you select, you ll benefit from advanced runbook construction, real-time forecasting and enterprise wide visibility of the status of change deployments. By adopting ICEFLO, you ll dramatically enhance your capability to both deliver change and actively manage the associated risks. Maintenance Release Policy All ICEFLO s are built on a common code base and data structure and will receive enhancements and innovations during ICEFLO scheduled release cycles. Major releases are scheduled on a Quarterly basis and minor enhancements and fixes are scheduled on a monthly basis. Free Trial The Free Trial is currently offered on Team only. Trial customers can upgrade at any time to a subscription basis. New customers may choose any to commence a subscription. Upgrade Policy Existing customers can choose to upgrade to any and all data will be preserved. Downgrades are also supported, with data preservation being limited to the data that is available and required in the destination only. All higher functionality and associated data will be permanently deleted during any downgrade process. At all times, Agenor recognises and respects that the data held within the ICEFLO service belongs to our Customers. Customers may export their ICEFLO data at any time during their trial or subscription period. 3
