Working together with the project manager to execute different activities of the software roll-out. Test systems have been upgraded successfully over the last nine months. Currently in the progress of rolling-out the nation wide system. Project management method that is being used for managing this project is based on Prince2. Project Implementation Manager. Responsible for carrying out different task towards the engineers within the project. Liaise with the customer for implementing subtask within the project for the different systems. Migration project Digicel Curaçao. Project leader Comverse voicemail migration. Negotiate with the vendors regarding the quotation, project plan and the migration time. Draft the internal migration project plan and the method of procedure. Lead the internal and external project members for the integration of the voicemail system with a backhaul to the old and the new switch. Report to the CTO and the project manager regarding the progress, adjustments or escalations of problems. Migration was performed within 20 hours instead of the agreed migration time of 24 hours. Project leader prepaid installation, implementation and migration of subscribers. A new Ericsson prepaid system was installed and integrated with the GSM network. Define and elaborate with the vendor the scope of the project. Draft the internal project plan for the installation, integration and testing of the new prepaid system and the method of procedure.
