CUSTOM WEDDING STATIONERY GUIDE Getting started: So you're engaged, congratulations! Now what? Now it's time to set the date and start the planning! Thank you for choosing Invited Design Studio/Invited Letterpress as your custom invitation designer. We are excited to have the opportunity to help you create the perfect invitations and accessories to impress your guests. We have many different options here, and if you don't see something in our galleries that speaks to you, we are more than happy to collaborate with you and your fiancée on designing a custom piece that reflects your personalities! We begin by meeting you in the studio, on the phone, or through Skype. At that time, we ask that you share your vision of how you expect your wedding day to look, and what inspires you. This is a great time to show us your Pintrest boards, swatches, or pictures. Your stationery items will set the tone for your event whether that be a rustic birch theme or a simple and classic monogram pulled throughout. It is our job to help you pull all your inspiration into a work of art! The Design Process, Proofing & Timeline: During our initial meeting we will walk you through choosing your papers, fonts, and the different design elements you wish to use in your custom invitations. We will provide you with an itemized estimate for the style of invitation you seek. We will also go over the exact wording you would like on your invitation, the insert pieces, and RSVP. In this estimate we always include RSVP postage (which is at cost, and no extra charge to you), and digital addressing of envelopes (Calligraphy is offered as an additional service and will be priced upon request). Once you have approved the initial estimate and decided to secure Invited Design Studio, Inc.'s services, we require a 50%. At that time we will order all of your paper stock and you will go into the queue for design. 1. Once we have received a deposit the design process will begin! You will receive the first design mock up within 3-4 weeks. 2. From here you can make changes to the design or copy so that it is a perfect reflection of you! We include 3 sets of proof suites, after the third set there is a fee of $75 per mock-up. 3. Design proofs are emailed in a PDF format.

4. Once you have approved the final design we require an approval signature on the most updated proof suite that you have chosen. It is imperative that you thoroughly review all proofs and edits throughout the design process. Once we receive your final written approval of design, Invited Design Studio, Inc. is not responsible for any errors including punctuation, spelling, layout, etc. If you choose to reprint you are responsible for 100% of the printing and production costs. 5. If you have trouble visualizing the final product and require a hard proof we would be happy to produce one for you. The cost is $35. *The process time will vary depending on your order and our current schedule, so please allow plenty of time for delivery of your custom invitations. For custom wedding invitations we ask for about 3 months prior to your mailing date. We can also rush orders for an additional charge. *Invited Design Studio, Inc. reserves the right to change or alter font size, shade of color etc., if printing is unsatisfactory to the designer (ie: font size, or shade).

Terms of Service: Payment: Invited Design Studio Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, personal and business checks. There is a $35 fee for returned checks. By paying the deposit for your custom stationery from Invited Design Studio Inc. you agree to these terms of service. Deposits: Invited Design Studio, Inc. requires a 50% deposit to begin design work. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the final balance. Once the project is completed, the final payment is due. Completion time: Turnaround time varies depending on the project and our current schedule. Invited Design Studio, Inc. works as quickly as possible to complete your project but is not responsible for turnaround time that is longer than expected. Please be prompt in your responses and changes during the design phase so that we may expedite your invitations in a timely manner. For custom wedding invitations we ask for 3 months lead time prior to your mail date.

Delivery of Invitations: Within 14 business days after Client signs the approval form, Invited will deliver to Client the final invitations and accessories. Client orders will not be completed or printed without a signed copy of Client Approval. Additional fees may be charged for invitation orders requested to be completed within less than 14 business days. If Client is purchasing invitations unassembled, then it will be Client s responsibility to assemble the invitations. Envelope Addressing: Please note that there is likely to be a 5-10% mistake rate on envelopes, and because of this we build extra envelopes into every quote. This includes misspelling, cut-off of fonts, and misplacement due to printer error. In this event, replacement of any envelopes with mistakes will be the responsibility of Invited. If the address has been input incorrectly by Client, the normal fee per address will be charged, plus the cost of the envelope or label. Addresses must be given to Invited in an electronic format. In the event that you choose to have Invited address your invitations for you, we will provide you with the proper format layout via e-mail. If Invited has to re-layout, reformat or re-input addresses, additional fees will be added. Post Office Mailing: Invited Design Studio adds (as part of the addressing charge) a special spray to help your addressing hold up under postal handling. Invited is not responsible for situations caused during the shipping/postal process (i.e. damaged, lost or stolen invitations). Product Quality: Invited strives to produce the utmost quality and high end invitations and accessories. Since invitations and accessories are handmade, there may be slight irregularities. In the event that there is a mistake or the invitations or accessories do not meet Client s expectations due to the mistake of Invited, then Invited will correct the error at no charge to Client. Proofing & Approvals: It is extremely important to thoroughly review all proofs and edits throughout the design process. Client will be required to approve the proofs in writing. Once client has approved the proofs in writing, Invited Design Studio, Inc. will prepare Client s final invitation order. If an error or mistake exists on the approved proof, Invited shall assume no responsibility. This includes any spellings, dates, days, addresses, space, graphics, or other items that Client deems incorrect after Client's approval. It is Client's responsibility to proofread and spell-check and review all information on the proofs prior to issuing an approval. If you choose to reprint you are responsible for 100% of the printing and production costs. In the event that Invited is responsible for a mistake, and the printed invitation does not match the Client's approved proof, then Invited will correct the error at no additional charge to Client. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you choose to cancel your order prior to printing, Invited Design Studio Inc. will retain the 50% deposit. Any cancellations made after printing begins the client is responsible for 100% of the full payment.

Copyright: All designs and photography are protected under copyright law and are the property of Invited Design Studio, Inc. Governing Law. This Agreement has been delivered in New Hampshire and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, irrespective of its conflict of laws principles. Usage Permission License to Invited Design Studio Inc. Client grants to Invited Design Studio, Inc., including their agents, heirs, legal representatives and assigns, or those acting with Invited s authority and permission on behalf of Invited, a license, right and permission to re-publish, use, distribute, promote, display, using any media or medium any invitation or accessory issued to Client by Invited under this Agreement. Invited intends to use Client s invitations or accessories to build its professional portfolio and to promote Invited s business.
