Our Responsive Theme Design Package is perfect for any Wild Apricot customer looking to improve the visual appearance and user experience of their website. Our websites are beautiful, functional and can be completed in just a few weeks (in most cases). We offer many optional services that can be added to our package for a complete full service solution. Responsive Theme Design Package $2,499 Included in the package: Visual design concept incorporating your association s colors, logo and provided images, with 1 round of revisions (if necessary). We design a home page plus 2 content pages in the concept Construction of the mobile-friendly theme (based on approved design concept) into your Wild Apricot website or a new Wild Apricot trial website. 2 Full Package Details: Items listed below are included in the $2,499 package price. If additional services are selected by the customer, the cost of the project will increase. Design consultation with our lead designer (1-hour call) to explore the goals of the new site design and to learn more about your association s needs. Selection of one of Wild Apricot's responsive (mobile-friendly) themes to be used in the development of the new site. o Wild Apricot s responsive themes adjust the content of the site to fit properly on different sized screens, including mobile devices. Design concepts for 3 page templates Home page, standard content page and content page with sidebar sub-navigation. 1 round of revisions to the design concept, if necessary (up to 2 hours) Building the mobile-friendly page templates in your Wild Apricot account or a new Wild Apricot trial (based on the new approved design). The new page templates will be applied to all existing webpages in the site. During this time, the website will be down for maintenance for up to 72 hours. Defining all "Theme Styles" for website including fonts, colors, headings, buttons, links, gadget boxes, blockquotes etc. Customizations to the home page to match approved design concept Post launch improvements (up to 1 hr) Customer is responsible for providing logo in vector format, approved color pallet and high resolutions photos (stock photography and/or club/association photos) to be used in the new design. 2 P a g e P r i c e s v a l i d u n t i l A u g 3 1,

Please contact Merge Creative Inc. for further details and pricing. Content clean-up package Quote will be provided Let us get your site content looking its best. Our content clean-up package includes stripping out old text formatting and applying appropriate font and heading styles for a consistent look sitewide. Advanced layout styling requiring graphic design adds additional charges. Training on content entry and content styling $200 To keep your newly styled website's content looking clean and consistent, we offer online training sessions for the person in your association who will be editing and updating the content on your site. Training sessions are done via a combination of WebEx online training sessions, phone and support and includes up to 2 hours. Additional training hours can be purchased as necessary. Learn how to enter content from other sources and remove unwanted formatting so you can use the Theme's formatting tools to style the content to match the new look. Learn how to clean up and existing website content that has inconsistent styling and apply the new Theme's styles. Learn how to apply proper heading styles (H1, H2, H3, etc.) so that your content styling and format is consistent. 4 Custom branded system s + branded template $350 To complete the new branding for your website, we create a branded template to match the NEW website design. This template is then implemented into the 27 Wild Apricot autoresponder s that are automatically sent out to members such as invoices, payment receipts, membership renewal reminders and event reminders and announcements. We also provide a simple one column branded template that can be used to send out member and contact communications out of Wild Apricot. *The price listed includes styling the 12 Default Member templates and the 9 Default Event templates.
