3 The heart of ExpressMaintenance is its comprehensive Units (Equipment) screen that allows for complete management of all data relating to equipment from a single powerful screen. Administration section allows for managing services and tasks, user access, etc. Equipment tracking with fields for every piece of information plus user definable fields. Work Orders include comprehensive notes for tasks details, tools required, etc. Parts Inventory for tracking parts received and used as well as cost and source. Parts received can be entered manually are by using barcode readers. Purchase Orders section allows you to easily generate RFQs and purchase orders. Comprehensive History tracking of all maintenance on equipment. Save photos and images of equipment, parts and employees. Optional use of locations for equipment and parts. Create categories of equipment, parts and services. Associate parts with each service item (PMs). Create and print parts & equipment barcodes. Data entry fields for devices and valves including types, pressures, sizes, connectors, outlet / inlet size, volts, amps, etc. Complete vehicle and equipment fields including serial numbers, VIN and other data. Complete warranty and lease data fields. Track equipment downtime and tag out. Quickly review maintenance that is due and automatically generate work orders with user defined report formats. Track work orders performed by your staff or work groups as well as outside sources. Track parts and equipment suppliers and costs Issue purchase orders and track receiving of parts inventory User setup screen allows administrator to determine to which screens each user will have access and what level of access Report Builder includes 122 built in reports plus the ability to create your own. CUSTOMIZABLE WORK ORDERS With ExpressMaintenance your work orders can be as simple or as complex as you need them to be. In addition to being able to customize the report that produces the work order, you can have extensive notes and instructions for each task to be performed. For each service (task) that can be assigned to a unit of equipment, you have the ability to include general and safety notes. ExpressMaintenance uses a built in rich text editor that allows you to insert images, tables and font attributes to make your notes as comprehensive as you desire. You can even paste directly from your favorite word processor. Notes can include details on how to perform the task, parts required, tools required and any other pertinent information. Work orders can be as extensive as you need them to be. They can be printed, ed or output to pdf format. 4

5 WORK ORDERS Work orders can be created in any of three ways: 1. Scheduled preventative equipment maintenance 2. Request for maintenance from ExpressRequest* 3. Manually entered from breakdown or request Select by site, location, workgroup, etc. Most work orders are created from scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs). This is where Express Maintenance will save an enormous amount of time and really improve efficiency. Select date range or count range to view services due Select services due to generate work orders Services past due appear in red PMs that come due are viewed in the Service Overview screen. With a couple of clicks, work orders are generated and ready to be printed, ed or exported to pdf format. Once work orders are created, they can be printed, ed or output to pdf and other file types. In addition to PM work orders, they can be created via ExpressRequest* or manually entered. Complete cost tracking including labor and parts Track downtime and count history Allows for additional notes relating to the work order Log employee labor and cost Track parts used and parts ordered *ExpressRequest is an optional add on package. 5

6 PARTS INVENTORY... ExpressMaintenance allows you to track all the information you want for Parts inventory including manuals, graphics, specifications and vendor information. Below is a screen shot of the main parts screen. The tabs across the bottom provide access to additional data including vendors, receiving & usage history. REPORTING... One of the most powerful features of Express Maintenance is the built in Report Builder. Though ExpressMaintenance installs with 122 predefined reports, users have the ability to alter any existing reports as well as design your own reports. While you may find the many reports already included adequate, you will likely come up with a few special report ideas of your own. The built in report builder allows you to produce sophisticated reports in just about any design and layout you desire. This includes labels, envelopes and barcodes in addition to reports. Every report can be output to the printer, , pdf, word, excel, jpg and several other formats. ExpressMaintenance provides screens for analyzing parts consumption, cost and reordering. The Reordering screen includes the ability to instantly generate purchase orders for parts that need ordering. In addition, parts can be transferred from one location to another. PURCHASE ORDERS... The purchase order screen of ExpressMaintenance serves as a simple way to input purchase orders and requests for quotes (RFQs). Purchase orders can be referenced to work orders and / or units of equipment. ExpressMaintenance allows you to input the data and print the official purchase order for printing and / or to suppliers. When parts are received, purchase orders are automatically closed and parts pricing is adjusted based on new costs. TECHNICAL SUPPORT... Our support begins with a comprehensive on line help system.
