SITE : PIPELINES SWEENY TO CLEMENS AND FREEPORT Current: Phillips 66 owns five pipelines that connect Sweeny Refinery to Chevron Phillips Chemical s Clemens salt dome storage facility. Phillips 66 owns three pipelines that connect Sweeny Refinery to Phillips 66 s Clemens salt dome storage facility. New: One new pipeline proposed for domestic propane feedstock and export grade propane product this line: Connects the Export Propane Unit to domestic propane supply located in Mont Belvieu Connects the Export Propane Unit to the storage in Clemens where the product is stored before shipping to Freeport for export. Can be seen on the map originating north of Sweeny, runs through Sweeny (Site 1) and continues on to Clemens (Site 3) and utilizes the same right-of-way corridor as current pipelines. One new pipeline for C5+ product from Sweeny to Freeport: This line is seen on the map originating at Sweeny (Site 1) and continues to Freeport (Site 4) and utilizes the same right-of-way corridor as current pipelines. SITE : PIPELINES CLEMENS TO FREEPORT Current: Phillips 66 owns seven pipelines that connect Sweeny Refinery to Freeport directly in this right-of-way. There are currently no Phillips 66 owned pipelines from Clemens facility to Freeport. New: Two new pipelines proposed will be built between Clemens and the Freeport Export Terminal in support of the Freeport Export Terminal project. Export grade propane that has been manufactured at Sweeny and stored in Clemens Export grade butane that has been manufactured at Sweeny and stored at Clemens These lines are seen on the map originating at Clemens (Site 3) and ending at Freeport (Site 4) and utilize the same right-of-way corridor as current pipelines. SITE : PIPELINE TO STRATTON RIDGE Current: None New: One new pipelines will be built between Sweeny and Stratton Ridge. Ethane that has been manufactured at Sweeny will be moved on this pipeline to Stratton Ridge. This line is seen on the map originating at Sweeny, running past Clemens before moving North and ending at Stratton Ridge and utilizes the same right-of-way corridor as current pipelines until it branches off north. This line is excluded from Chapter 31 and 313 applications as it goes through city limits that are not in reinvestment zones created by the county (the county has no authority in cities).
