To take advantage of all the benefits that mobile banking offers, you need to be a customer of Sunshine Bank and enrolled in our personal online banking. If you ve already enrolled in online banking, then you re ready to get started! Mobile Banking Enrollment You must enroll in Mobile Banking through Sunshine Bank s online banking.» Sign in to online banking at mysunshinebank.com.» Click on the Options tab on the toolbar.» Find the Mobile Banking Profile section and click Enroll Now.» Review the Terms and Conditions. Check the box I accept these Terms and Conditions. and click Continue.» Choose the services in which you d like to enroll and click Continue.» Downloadable Apps: Simply download the app via the App Store or Google Play by searching for Sunshine Bank and proceeding with the installation.» Mobile Browser: Designed for web-enabled phones that do not have app capabilities. Access your accounts through a web browser optimized to fit your phone s screen.» Text Messaging: Text commands to Sunshine Bank s shortcode (48179) to get limited account information. 2

Mobile Banking Enrollment» Customize your Mobile Banking settings. Select the accounts you would like to have available through the app.» Type a nickname for those accounts. This will be critical for text messaging functions. Click Continue.» To register for Text Banking, enter your 10-digit mobile phone number in the space provided. Click Continue.» You will receive an Activation Code via text message immediately. On the following screen, enter the code and click Activate. You will see an Activation Successful notice. 3

Download iphone and Android Apps The Sunshine Bank Mobile Banking App is available on iphone and Android through the App Store and Google Play.» Search Sunshine Bank on the store.» Install the Sunshine Mobile Banking App to your mobile phone. Mobile Banking Functions Mobile Banking provides most the same functionality as Online Banking with few exceptions. Log in to the Sunshine Mobile Banking App using your online credentials to access your account. The bottom toolbar serves as the main navigation through the app. VIEW TRANSACTIONS & BALANCES» Choose Accounts on the navigation toolbar to view a list of accounts with balances. Choose the account you would like to view.» To view the transactions, touch Transaction History. TRANSFER MONEY BETWEEN SUNSHINE BANK ACCOUNTS» On the navigation toolbar, choose Transfers.» Select the Transfer From and Transfer To accounts.» Enter the amount of the transfer. Select Next. Confirm the details of the transfer and touch Yes.» A confirmation screen will appear with a summary of the transaction, updated account balances, and a confirmation number. (Note: Please be aware that transfers from your savings or money market account will count towards the regulated maximum of six withdrawals per statement cycle. See your account disclosures for full details.) 4

Mobile Banking Functions PAY YOUR BILLS» Choose Payments on the navigation toolbar. Select Make a Payment. (Note: If you are not enrolled in Bill Payment through Online Banking, this will not show in your navigation as an option.)» Select the company or person you would like to pay. Touch Yes.» Choose the account from which you will be paying the bill and enter the amount. Touch Next.» Select the date on which you would like the payment to be made, and touch Next.» Confirm that the information is correct. Touch Yes.» You will see a confirmation screen with a summary of the bill payment and confirmation number.» If you would like to change or cancel your confirmed bill payment, choose Payments on the navigation toolbar. Select Change or Cancel Payments. Select the payment you would like to edit. Choose to Cancel Payment or Change Payment and follow the prompts. 5

Mobile Banking Functions LOCATE A BRANCH OR ATM» Choose Locations on the navigation toolbar. (Note: If you have the Payments button on the navigation toolbar, select More > Locations. )» Enter your street address or zip code. Touch Search.» You can view Sunshine Bank locations by a list or on a map. Change the view mode with the buttons at the top of the screen. LOG OUT OF MOBILE BANKING» To securely log out of Mobile Banking, touch Log Out at the top right corner of the app. Text Banking Enrollment & Functions ENROLLMENT To enroll in Text Banking, please follow the instructions for Mobile Banking Enrollment on pages 2-3. TEXT BANKING FUNCTIONS Text Banking offers limited information about your account, quickly. Text one of the following commands to Sunshine Bank s shortcode (48179) and receive an immediate response. You can inquire about a balance, limited transaction history, and an ATM or branch location.» View Account Balance: BAL + texting nickname» View Limited Transaction History: HIST + texting nickname» Locate an ATM: ATM + Street or 5-Digit Zip Code» Locate a Branch: BRANCH + Street or 5-Digit Zip Code» Cancel Text Message Services: STOP If you wish to receive information about all accounts, do not include the texting nickname. Simply text the appropriate code, such as BAL for balance. Note: Sunshine Bank does not charge for Text Banking; however, messaging and data rates may apply. Please inquire with your mobile phone service provider. 6

Mobile Deposit Enrollment & Process When you enroll in Mobile Banking, you are automatically enrolled in Mobile Deposit. Please refer to the FAQ s for eligibility requirements. DEPOSIT A CHECK» Choose Deposits on the navigation toolbar. Choose New Deposit.» Select the account in which you would like the check to be deposited. Enter the amount of the check. Select Continue. (Note: If you are depositing multiple checks, you will enter and deposit them one at a time. Do not input the cumulative amount. At this time, you may only deposit checks into a checking account.)» Take a picture of the front of your check. Ensure that all four corners of the check are within the white guidelines on your phone. Hold the phone steady to get a clear picture. Choose Use. Take a picture of the back of your check using the same instructions.» Confirm the details of your deposit, and touch Yes.» If your deposit is successful, you will see a Deposit Pending screen. If your deposit is not successful, you will see a Deposit Failed screen, along with the reason it was not accepted. If the reason that the deposit was not accepted was that your pictures were not within the guidelines provided above, you will be given the option to Retake Images of the check. VIEW CHECK HISTORY» Select Deposits from the navigation toolbar. Select View Deposit History.» The following screen will show all accounts that have been deposited successfully, deposits that are pending, and deposits that failed. Touch any of the check listings to view more details about the transaction.» Checks will show in the history queue for 45 days. 7

General Security Recommendations The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) recommends the following mobile security tips to mitigate the risk of exposure:» Set PINs, passwords, and other available security for your mobile device. Use different passwords for your log-ins. Configure your phone to lock automatically after a certain amount of idle time.» Do not modify your smartphone s security settings. Your phone may be more susceptible to an attack.» Backup and secure your data. You can conveniently restore information when needed.» Only install apps from trusted sources. Some may contain malware that can steal information from your phone.» Understand app permissions before accepting them. Be cautious about granting access to other areas of your phone.» Install security apps that enable remote location and wiping. You can locate and recover your phone when lost.» Accept updates and patches to your phone s software. This provides the highest level of safeguarding against attacks.» Be smart on open Wi-Fi networks. Limit your use of public hotspots when you access your personal or financial information.» Wipe data on your old phone before you donate, resell, or recycle it. Reset the phone to factory settings to protect your privacy.» Report a stolen smartphone. Notify your local law enforcement so the phone cannot be activated without your permission. Frequently Asked Questions GENERAL What are Mobile Banking, Text Banking, and Web Banking? Mobile Banking is an app optimized for your smartphone that gives you full access to access your accounts on-the-go -- wherever you are and whenever it s convenient for you. It provides most of the same functionality as online banking, such viewing transactions and balances, transferring funds, paying bills, and locating a local Sunshine Bank branch. Text Banking offers limited information about your account, quickly. Text a command (see page 6) to Sunshine Bank s shortcode (48179) and receive an immediate response. You can inquire about a balance, limited transaction history, and an ATM or branch location. Web Banking is available on phones that have internet access to provide access to your online banking through a web browser. What is Mobile Deposit? Mobile Deposit is a secure and time- and money-saving way for you to deposit checks directly into your Sunshine Bank checking account. One less trip to the bank means more time to do what you love most. Are Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit available on all of my mobile devices? Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit are only available on your smartphone or internet-capable phone. At this time, Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit are not available on tablets. Are there fees associated with the Mobile Banking or Mobile Deposit service? Sunshine Bank does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit services. However, message and data rates from your mobile phone provider may apply. Please contact your carrier for specific rate information. What is my user ID and password? How can I change my password? Please use the same user ID and password credentials that you use to log in to Sunshine Bank online banking. To change your password, log in to Sunshine Bank online banking, click Options > Password, Edit. If you forget your username and password, please call us at 1-844-801-8380. What if my phone will not work with Mobile Banking or Mobile Deposit? If your phone will not work with mobile banking, please confirm the following before calling us for troubleshooting help: Your mobile device must be internet-capable and allow secure TLS traffic. If you re unsure about either of these, contact your mobile phone provider. You must be enrolled in online banking before you can enroll in Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit. What if I lose communication or signal during a transaction? You will see a confirmation screen to let you know that your transaction was successful. If you do not see this, please check your accounts and resubmit any transactions that did not process. 9

Frequently Asked Questions What should I do if I lose my phone? Sunshine Bank does not save your login credentials for mobile banking on your phone, so you do not need to be concerned about security if you were to lose your phone. We recommend that you do not store your information in notepad or voice records. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile phone provider. What should I do if I get a new phone? If you are using the same phone number and provider, you do not need to make any changes. If you change phone numbers or providers, please login to online banking and update your mobile banking information under Options > Mobile Banking. How do I deactivate this service from my phone? Log in to your online banking to manage your mobile banking settings and deactivate the service under Options > Mobile Banking. Is Wi-Fi secure enough for Mobile Banking? We recommend using your Wi-Fi at home that is password protected to perform functions on your mobile phone. Using free wireless internet that is available at restaurants, coffee shops, and other public areas may put your personal and financial information at risk. BILL PAY & TRANSFERS How do I add or delete a payee? Payments initiated through your mobile phone are limited to established payees. You may only set up or delete payees through Sunshine Bank online banking. Can I schedule a recurring payment or transfer through Mobile Banking? Only one-time payments or transfers are accepted through Sunshine Mobile Banking. How do I know if my bill payment or transfer was successful? You will see a confirmation screen to let you know that your transaction was successful. If you do not see this, please check your accounts and resubmit any transactions that did not process. How late in the day can I make transfers? Express transfers made before 11:00pm will post to your account on the same business day. Please be aware that transfers from your savings or money market account will count towards the regulated maximum of six withdrawals per statement cycle. See your account disclosures for full details. MOBILE DEPOSIT What are the mobile device requirements for Mobile Deposit? Mobile Deposit operates only through the Mobile Banking app installed on iphone or Android. At this time, Sunshine Bank Mobile Deposit is not available on tablets. Are there eligibility requirements to enroll in Mobile Deposit? To be eligible for Sunshine Bank Mobile Deposit, you must be 18 years of age and have a personal checking account that is in good standing. That is, you have not had more than two (2) overdrafts or one (1) returned check within the past 6 months. If you become 10

Frequently Asked Questions ineligible for Mobile Deposit, your service will be discontinued immediately and you will be notified. Do I endorse the check that I am depositing? Yes. Please endorse the back of the check and write For Mobile Deposit Only, account #. What is Sunshine Bank s Funds Availability Policy? Depending on the type of check you deposit, funds will be available the next business day after the day of your deposit through Mobile Deposit. In some instances, holds may apply. We reserve the option of extending hold periods under special circumstances. For more information, please contact a Bank employee for our full policy disclosure. Is there a limit to the dollar amount I can deposit using Mobile Deposit? You may deposit up to $3,500 per day, but your individual checks may not exceed $2,000. What should I do with my check after I successfully deposit it? Verify the deposit(s) on your monthly statement and keep the check in a secure place for 60 days. If after 60 days, you do not need the check, shred the item to protect your personal and financial information. Are there any items that are not accepted through Mobile Deposit? Mobile Deposit will not accept Savings Bonds, Foreign Checks, and Image Replacement Documents. If you have any of these items, please visit your local branch. Which accounts are available through Mobile Deposit? During the enrollment process, you may choose which accounts show in Mobile Banking. However, Mobile Deposit is available for personal checking accounts only. During your deposit, you may select the individual checking account into which your check will be deposited. 11
