PART C Conversion Tables and Templates Score conversion tables and associated report templates Part C contains the various score conversion tables, student reports and scale descriptor reports associated with each of the individual PAT:Mathematics tests. In all cases, it is essential to make sure that the table and report used for conversion correspond to the actual test administered. Use of the wrong table or report will invalidate the results. Part A of this manual provides an explanation of the different tables and reports and how to use them. We recommend that teachers and school administrators read Part A before using any of the tables or reports. Schools are free to copy the student and scale descriptor reports as needed.
