Removing the metal cover 1. Remove two screws on the left side (64-B300060-303) 2. Remove two screws on the right side (64-B300060-303) 3. Remove four screws on the backside (64-B30060-307) 4. Remove the metal cover by pulling it up gently (67-K800T1-0E0B1) 3

Removing the DVD-RW drive 5. Remove four screws to loosen the DVD-RW drive (64-B30080-307) Flat-cable PSU Connector 6. Disconnect the Flat-cable and PSU Connector from the DVD-RW drive 7. Remove the DVD-RW drive (05-BDRL06-000) 5
Removing the HDD 8. Remove three screws to loosen the HDD drive (64-W30080-304) 6

Removing the system cooling fan 15. Disconnect the cooling fan connector (Yellow arrow) 16. Remove two screws to loosen the cooling fan 17. Remove the cooling fan (43-FS412B-211) (63-B40080-BF7) 8
Removing the PSU A A A B B B 18. Remove four screws (A + B) to loosen the PSU (A: 64-B30120-307 B: 64-B30060-307) 19. Disconnect all three connectors from the PSU (Yellow arrows) 20. Disconnect one connector from the motherboard (Yellow arrow) 21. Disconnect one connector from the video board (Yellow arrow) 22. Remove the PSU (40-TDK102-PWD1X ) 9
Removing the Motherboard 23. Disconnect all connectors from the motherboard which are left (Yellow arrows) 24. Remove four screws to loosen the motherboard 25. Remove the Motherboard (40-TDK800-MAC4X) (64-B30060-307) 10
Removing the RCA Connector Board 26. Disconnect all connectors from the RCA Board (yellow arrows) 27. Remove four screws from the RCA board 28. Remove the RCA board (40-TDK600-0PC1X) (63-B30800-BF7) 11
Removing the Tuner 29. Disconnect all tuner connectors (yellow arrows) 30. Remove two screws from the tuner 31. Remove the tuner (67-K300B1-0E0B1) 32. Remove the tuner bracket (64-B30060-307) (67-K800H1-0E0) 12
Removing the video board 33. Disconnect all connectors from the video board which are left over (yellow arrows) 34. Remove four screws from the two scart sockets (63-B40080-BF7) 35. Remove two screws from the video board to loosen it (red arrows) 36. Remove the video board (40-TDK600-AV12X) (64-B30060-307) 13
Removing the front bezel 37. Remove two screws on each side of the front bezel 38. Remove three screws on the bottom of the front bezel (64-B30060-307) 39. Remove the front bezel by gently pulling all cables through the hole of the chassis 14
Removing all plastic supports 40. Remove the two plastic supports from the chassis (62-954030-0HF 41. Remove the other six plastic supports as well from the chassis (62-953340-1HA) 15
Removing the power cord 42. Remove the power cord by gently pulling it out of the chassis (51-DC0180-0CNC4) 16
