General Site Help Getting Started Entering a PIN code A PIN code can be entered in the Enter Your PIN Code: Click Here button, located above the menu. After entering your PIN, you will be prompted to login to your account, or to create an account. A PIN code can be entered once you are logged into your account as well. Registering for an account The Register for an account link is available throughout the site and can be found in the Content Menu. When you click the Register link, you will be directed to the account registration page. An account is required for downloading digital content from the site. Logging into your account If you have an existing account, you will be able to click on the Log In link located on the right hand side of the Content Menu at any time. Simply provide your username and password and gain access to your account. When you are logged into the site, the Register button has been replaced with the Account button that provides you access to manage your profile. The Content Menu will also display the amount of credits that you have available.
The Your Account Page Your Order History Allows you to download Files that you have previously downloaded through your account. The Order History provides the Order Date for each of the orders that you have placed in the past. The Order Details page allows you to re-download item(s) that you have ordered in the past. Some content types do not allow re-downloads after certain limits have been reached.
Change Your Password 1. This feature allows you to update the password for your account. Simply type in your existing password, then the new password you ve chosen. Your password will be updated as soon as you submit the details. 2. Upon Completion of updating your password, a confirmation message is displayed. 3. If there is an error with the update, you will be prompted with a message asking you to attempt the update again.
Forgot Your Password If you have forgotten your password, you can request to have your password updated by following the below steps. 1. From the login screen, click on the Forgot Your Password? 2. Enter the email address associated to your account. 3. You will then be sent a reset password link to the email associated with your account. 4. You will then need to click on the link in your password reset email. 5. You will then be directed to the site where you can create a new password Once you submit the new password, your account login details will be updated.
Update Your Account 1. Allows you to update your Account information including; a. First Name, b. Last Name, c. Email, d. Country, and e. Zip/Postal Code. 2. Once you submit your updated information you will be presented with a message that confirms that the update was successful. If there was an issue with the information provided, an error message will guide you to the area that needs attention.
Searching for content on the site To search for content on the Rewards Store, simply enter your search term and hit enter. Search Results Your search results will be returned when the page reloads and you can review the search results and click on any result to see further details and/or to download the product. 1. You will be able to skip ahead to the page that you wish using the First, Previous, Next and Last links, as well as skipping ahead by selecting a page number to jump directly to that page. 2. You will be able to sort the results by relevance or alphabetically using the sort results by drop down menu. 3. You can view the details of the product by clicking on the product title.
Music Help Downloading Music Note: you must have Java downloaded and installed in order for you to be able to download content. Java is a free download. To test to see if you have Java installed, visit the following site http://www.java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp. To install the latest version of Java, visit the following http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp Music can be downloaded via two methods. Users may choose either a song-by-song method for downloading singles or the download manager for downloading entire albums or multiple songs. When a user selects the Download button, the user will be prompted to confirm that they will use x amount of credits. Clicking on Confirm will produce a progress indicator while the track(s) are being processed and the user s available credits are being reduced. Options for Downloading Once the track(s) are processed, the user will choose which option they would like to utilize to download their music:
Media Manager Option for Download If the user selects the media manager option, the user will be presented with the JAVA downloader. Selecting Download will launch the downloading process for the album. Users have the ability to download all selected tracks, or select individual tracks by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the tracks the user wants to download. Once Download has been selected, the user will have the ability to choose the folder where the tracks will be saved on the user s computer. To save files directly in itunes, the user should select the folder AUTOMATICALLY ADD TO itunes by following this directory path; MY MUSIC > itunes > itunes MUSIC > AUTOMATICALLY ADD TO itunes. 1. Select songs to download 2. Select folder to save files to: Once the appropriate folder is selected, the download will begin and upon completion, the user can view the downloaded tracks in the appropriate, previously selected folder. This is a representation of Windows 7 OS, exact location will be dependent on your OS and Platform.
Item by Item Download Method If the user selects to download the tracks one at a time, the user will be presented with a list of the tracks to download. Clicking on the individual download links will download the selected track to the user s computer. Note: Depending on the configuration of the computer, this screen may or may not appear or it may look different depending on the browser a user is using and the software installed on the user computer. The Song by Song Download Method Users have the option of selecting a single track and downloading it with one click of the Download button. Simply selecting the download button beside a track on the site will prompt the user to confirm the credits required for the download. Once confirmed, the progress indicator will appear, indicating the amount of time remaining for the download.
How can I find a file once it has been downloaded? To find a file once it has been downloaded, use the Search or Find option on the computer to locate the file. To bring up the search window click on the "Start" button and choose Search, or click My Computer on the desktop, then double-click on the hard drive, or press Ctrl-F. Type *.mp3 in the search box that appears, and it will find all Windows Media Audio files on the computer in question. The file in question should be amongst the files listed.
