To install the latest version of Java, visit the following http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp Music can be downloaded via two methods. Users may choose either a song-by-song method for downloading singles or the download manager for downloading entire albums or multiple songs. When a user selects the Download button, the user will be prompted to confirm that they will use x amount of credits. Clicking on Confirm will produce a progress indicator while the track(s) are being processed and the user s available credits are being reduced. Options for Downloading Once the track(s) are processed, the user will choose which option they would like to utilize to download their music:

Media Manager Option for Download If the user selects the media manager option, the user will be presented with the JAVA downloader. Selecting Download will launch the downloading process for the album. Users have the ability to download all selected tracks, or select individual tracks by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the tracks the user wants to download. Once Download has been selected, the user will have the ability to choose the folder where the tracks will be saved on the user s computer. To save files directly in itunes, the user should select the folder AUTOMATICALLY ADD TO itunes by following this directory path; MY MUSIC > itunes > itunes MUSIC > AUTOMATICALLY ADD TO itunes. 1. Select songs to download 2. Select folder to save files to: Once the appropriate folder is selected, the download will begin and upon completion, the user can view the downloaded tracks in the appropriate, previously selected folder. This is a representation of Windows 7 OS, exact location will be dependent on your OS and Platform.

Item by Item Download Method If the user selects to download the tracks one at a time, the user will be presented with a list of the tracks to download. Clicking on the individual download links will download the selected track to the user s computer. Note: Depending on the configuration of the computer, this screen may or may not appear or it may look different depending on the browser a user is using and the software installed on the user computer. The Song by Song Download Method Users have the option of selecting a single track and downloading it with one click of the Download button. Simply selecting the download button beside a track on the site will prompt the user to confirm the credits required for the download. Once confirmed, the progress indicator will appear, indicating the amount of time remaining for the download.
