Camp Small Valley 88 Hemlock Road Halifax, PA 17032 Founded in 1955, Camp Small Valley is nestled on 762 acres in the wooded hills of upper Dauphin County about 30 miles north of Harrisburg. Accommodations range from modern year-round heated units to rustic cabins and tents. Opportunities abound with exploration and wildlife. The camp can accommodate up to 294 people in the summer, with room for 100 additional people in tents in the fields if established units are full, and 150 in the winter. There is also space available for up to 500 people for daytime events. Details about available rental facilities are listed below. Check in/check out information Camp Small Valley s ranger lives on the campsite. Units will be open when your group arrives. If you are renting additional equipment, the ranger will be in touch with you prior to your camping trip. Contact the camp ranger directly if assistance is needed on the day of camp/upon your arrival. At the earliest, check in is at 3pm and check out by 1pm. Before leaving camp, please clean up using the checklist on the campsite report. Sign and leave report in your unit for the Ranger.
