ACCEPTABLE ENGLISH LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONS This is the list of qualifications approved by the for assessment of proficiency in English language for admission to on-campus programmes. For applicants who need a Tier 4 visa no other qualifications are accepted for language evidence. For Hull York Medical School (HYMS) requirements see www.hyms.ac.uk The University will review this list in line with future changes to UKVI Tier 4 visa policy and it may therefore change at any time. Offers will be revised if necessary when UKVI policy changes. English language evidence is in addition to any other academic requirements for admission for a particular programme.
