2011-2012

KANDI COMES TO YOUR HOME Traveling to the leading sewing classes can be costly. Firstly, there is the cost of the class usually over $500. Then there s the gasoline if you drive or airfare if you fly. There is also the cost of hotels, food, and special supplies for the class. A class for just one person can easily run over $800; usually more! In addition to the cost, you usually have to spend one or two-days traveling and travel these days can be frustrating. Now, for about the cost of attending a large commercial class, you have have well-known expert instructor, Kandi Christian, a Martha Pullen licensed teacher, in your home teaching a private group of you and your friends. HOW DOES THIS WORK? Invite enough of your friends to meet the class minimum. There is an 8 person minimum for the one-day classes and a 6 person minimum for the others. Each person will pay the class and kit fees. Just set up an area in your home where everyone can enjoy sewing and sharing time with their friends while learning something new. Each kit includes all the fabulous fabrics, laces and notions you ll need. The kits also include all the specialty threads, stabilizers, and other notions needed for the projects. You and your friends only have to bring your own sewing machines and basic sewing supplies. This couldn t be easier!

This was the best class I have ever attended and I ve been to them all Sandy S. Student from California HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT? Classes in your home are smaller and more intimate. You will enjoy the personal attention that you could never receive in a large class setting of 20 or more attendees. This means that you will learn more techniques with more time to finish more projects during your class. More is definitely better. WHAT DO I DO NOW? Booking a class is easy as 1, 2, 3. 1. Select your class from the many described in this brochure. 2. Contact us to arrange your dates and to schedule your class. 3. Reserve the class with a $100 deposit by check or credit card. 4. We ll send you a complete class packet with class information, a contract, and a list of basic sewing supplies. 5. Invite your friends to share this wonderful class with you. 6. Make your second payment consisting of one-half of the balance six weeks* before the class. 7. Make the final payment two weeks before the first day of class. 8. Enjoy yourselves as you learn and make the class projects! * If you wish to book a class at the last minute, then the full amount will be due at time of booking. REFUND POLICY The $200 deposit is non-refundable. If the first payment has been made and you cancel the class, your payment will be returned less any non-refundable expenses incurred by the instructor such as transportation and hotel fees. No refunds will be given after the final payment.
