When a browser is running in Metro mode on Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, the Browser Plug-in might will get detected. When using Google Chrome version 32 and above, the Browser Plug-in must be enabled on the first use. The Browser Plug-in does not support IE browsers that are running in Admin mode. Sharing issues: When sharing a document, the Share may not appear correctly on the receiving side. This may occur when covering the shared window by another window, when the shared application is not in focus while using two monitors, when minimizing the shared window, and when moving to full screen mode. In rare cases, the sharing might stop when minimizing the shared window. Sharing Windows applications may result in flickering on both the sending and receiving sides. On Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit, if a user attempts to share a document or application when using IE 10 with Enhanced Protected mode set to On, the entire desktop gets shared. When using IE with Enhanced Protected Mode is set to On, any shared application will be grayed out when the shared item is in the background. When using the Browser Plug-in, do not reload the browser tab while on a call, do not disconnect USB peripheral devices during calls, and do not run several instances of the Browser Plug-in on the same machine. These are unsupported use cases. In some cases, the name labels of the participants do not appear. High CPU utilization may occur when joining a conference call on a Mac. Known Issues and Limitations Page 5
When using a Mac, the name labels of the participants are pixelated, too small, and cannot be read.
