GAYESCO SERVICES: INSTALLATION SERVICES: Gayesco Services can provide all manpower, training and tools required for successful installation of our temperature measurement products. All crew members are familiar with the handling of these products and have completed extensive safety training programs in working refining and petrochemical plant environments. INSTALLATION SUPERVISION: On-site supervision is available to ensure proper handling and installation of temperature measurement systems. Many customers have asked for Gayesco Service s involvement from the initial shut down planning stage to the final loop check. WELDING SERVICES: All welders employed by Gayesco Services are qualified to ASME Section IX. Installation of Refracto-Pad and Xtracto-Pad furnace tube skin thermocouple assemblies is one of Gayesco s field service specialties. Since the service life of these assemblies is dependent upon proper installation, many customers have turned to us for assistance in this area. FIELD REPAIR: Gayesco Services can assist in repairing or modifying temperature measurement devices in the field. Typical field work includes soldering, welding, splicing and bending. IN SITU FIELD CALIBRATION: Gayesco can provide field calibration on thermocouple that are in place on the process unit, including the Flex -R product line of Reactor and Column thermocouples. The calibration can be done anytime the unit is off line and access to the thermocouple tips is available, such as during a unit turn around that includes a catalyst change out. The calibration is done at process or near process temperatures in a fast, accurate, repeatable manner by trained technicians. Gayesco Services are offered worldwide.
