Warning will be given at ten secnd left nly. Delay f game = 5 yard penalty Time uts Each team will be allwed TWO full (ne-minute) time-uts per game. Each team shall be able t carry ONE OR BOTH UNUSED TIME-OUTS t the secnd half. The full time ut can be up t ne minute in length, but will end when the team calling the time ut is ready t resume play. Flag guarding = 10 yard penalty frm the spt f ful and lss f dwn. Any member f the team may run the ball. Fumbles will result in a dead ball. The team in pssessin f the ball at the time the ball hits the grund will retain pssessin.
Defenders must make an attempt t deflag the runner and nt merely push the runner ut f bunds. Unnecessary rughness = 10 yard penalty Defenders may nt tackle a runner in an attempt t deflag him. If the defender grabs at the flag and gets a hand full f jersey r shrts, play is legal s lng as secnd hand is nt used t deflag. Defensive hlding = 10 yard penalty If a runners flags have fallen ff inadvertently (after the snap and befre the player becmes a runner). The play will revert t ne-hand tuch. Passing the Ball Receivers need nly ne ft in bunds (sideline r end line) fr a valid receptin. Quarterback is affrded ultimate prtectin. N defender may hit the arm f a quarterback r be clse enugh t the arm after the ball is thrwn t hit the arm. Prtectin cntinues even if the defensive player deflects the ftball. Penalty Rughing the quarterback = 10 yards frm the end f the play N player may be allwed t interfere with the right f anther player t make a catch f a passed ball Penalty: Defensive pass interference = 1 st dwn at the spt f the ful Penalty: Offensive pass interference = 10 yards and lss f dwn All players may thrw a pass r catch a pass. All players must start a play with their flags prperly attached. Delay f game = 5 yard penalty Flags cannt be the same clr as the players shrts. Shirts must be tucked in at all times when a player is n the field. Flags cannt be tied r altered in a way that deflagging is made mre difficult. Illegally tied flags ffense = 10 yard penalty and lss f dwn. When defender deflags the runner the defender shuld hld the flag in the air t help mark the spt f deflagging. Defender shuld NOT thrw the flag away frm the runner. Unifrms Players shuld nt wear baggy clthing. Shirts must be tucked in at all times when a player is n the field.
Players cannt wear pants f any type. Players must wear shrts withut pckets. Teams shuld have similar clred shirts. Players will nt be allwed t wear hats with brims. Sft brimless hats are allwed fr warmth. Players cannt wear any jewelry. This includes rings, bracelets (including LIVESTRONG varieties), necklaces and piercings (ear, nse, lip, eyelid, r any ther expsed), Exceptins are made fr medical alerts (taped t the bdy t avid getting snagged) and wedding bands. These types f jewelry are permitted prvided the player understands the risks assciated. Penalty fr wearing jewelry will be Delay f game = 5 yards penalty and player is excused until the jewelry is remved General Rules Teams shuld be ready 10 minutes prir t the stated starting time games can start up t 10 minutes befre the hur. Center must be affrded time t prtect himself (stand up and face the defender). Unnecessary rughness = 10 yard penalty Games cannt end n a defensive penalty. Games can end in a tie n vertime, except fr playff games. Fumble in the end zne will be ruled a safety and the defensive team will be awarded 2 pints and the ball Any penalty n the ffense in the end zne will result in a safety. NO punting. All drives will cmmence at the drive start pint There will be n unsprtsmanlike acts tlerated befre, during r after a game. Unsprtsmanlike acts (including but nt limited t: taunting, baiting, prfanity, threatening) will be dealt with by way f unsprtsmanlike penalties, ejectin frm the game (and building fr the night) and pssible expulsin frm the league if the circumstances warrant All unnecessary rughness and unsprtsmanlike penalties can result in ejectin frm the game if the circumstances warrant such curse f actin. Circumstances include, but are nt limited t: Players intent t injure anther
player; severity f the infractin; repeated unnecessary rughness penalties by the same player. IN ALL CASES, ruling by the fficials will stand.
