3 1 Price Enquiry and Price Statistics In Unifaun Online it is possible to look up the price for a shipment for certain carriers. Price Enquiry The price is looked up for a specific shipment and is shown in the Unifaun Online user interface. The result is not stored in the data base. Price Statistics When a shipment has been printed a price enquiry is made through a separate process. Normally, the enquiry is made within 15 minutes after the shipment has been printed. The result is stored in the data base and it is possible to look it up on the history page afterwards.
4 2 Get started To get started with Price Enquiry and Price Statistics some necessary data has to be registered in Unifaun Online. 2.1 DHL Freight Price Enquiry can be made for most DHL products. However, it does not work for Servicepoint and the old domestic sevices (Swednet). Nor is it possible to make price enquiries for shipments where a party other than the sender pays the freight. For DHL Freight, user ID and password (e-id) from DHL must be registered. To get an e-id, go to www.dhlfreight.se and register (in the upper right corner) in order to log in to DHL and apply for a DHL e-id. You must then register the e-id in Unifaun Online to get access to price enquiry. Go to Maintenance > My Account and choose. Enter your user ID and password by clicking in the section DHL Freight. 2.2 DHL Express Price enquiry and price statistics are available for all DHL Express services. You do not need to enter a user ID or password. Go to Maintenance > My Account and choose. Click in the section DHL Express. Tick the check box Price Statistics to activate the functionality. Click.
5 2.3 DB Schenker It is only possible to use price enquiry and price statistics for domestic shipments and DB SCHENKERparcel international. Price enquiry is not possible for shipments where a party other than the sender pays the freight. A password must be registered to use the functionality. Your customer number is always used as user ID. You can apply for a password here: https://www.schenker.se/access. The information should then be registered in Unifaun Online. Go to Maintenance > My Account and choose. Enter your password by clicking in the section DB Schenker. The password may also be registered on the sender. Go to Maintenance > Senders and search for the sender. Click and enter the password in the section DB Schenker.
6 2.4 Bring Price enquiry and price statistics may be used for the following Bring Services. You do not need to enter a user ID or password. Bring Express Bring Express QuickPack Bring Parcel Norge (inrikes) Bring Parcels Klimanøytral Servicepakke Bring Parcels Pakke på Døren Bring Parcels Bedriftspakke Ekspress over natt 0900 Bring Parcels Bedriftspakke Ekspress over natt 0700 Bring Parcels Bedriftspakke Dør-Dør 2.5 TNT Price Enquiry can be made for all TNT products. For TNT, user ID, password and currency must be registered. Please contact TNT if you do not have access to that information. Register the user ID, password and currency in Unifaun Online. Go to Maintenance > My Account and choose. Enter your user ID, password and currency by clicking in the section TNT. Click.
7 2.6 UPS Price enquiry and price statistics are available for UPS services. To get access to net/contract prices in Unifaun Online price enquiry and price statistics, activation by UPS is required. Send your UPS User login (edi) to your sales contact at UPS for activation. Go to Maintenance> Senders > > UPS to find your User login (edi).
8 3 Price Enquiry If all information that is needed was registered correctly the button will show on the page Print - Shipment and Addons via Documents > Standard Printing or Printing Favorites. The price information is not always updated at the carriers when they update their services. Fees connected to certain additional services might therefore not be included in the price enquiry result. If so, it is displayed in a message together with the results.
9 4 Price Statistics It is also possible to follow up on prices inquiries using the Price report. Go to History > Shipments. Make a selection using the search values. In the Presentation section, choose and Type Price report. An additional charge to the result may be entered by ticking in the Price enquiry follow up section. Enter the charge as an amount and/or percentage. If both amount and percentage are entered the amount is added first and then the percentage is calculated. In the search results you will see both volume adjusted weight and the price that is returned from the price enquiry.
10 4.1 Results On the Shipment details page more detailed results are displayed, or an error message if the price enquiry was not successful. Click to the left of the shipment to get to the Shipment details page. Error message price enquiry
