Who We Are Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) is the largest social housing provider in Ottawa and the 2nd largest in Ontario. We provide housing for seniors, parents, children, singles and persons with special needs. 32,000 people almost 15,000 homes highrises, townhomes, apartments, single homes, rooming houses 16 million sq ft in total total replacement value approximately $2B more than 160 communities 340 employees 3
