NCA will offer daily passes or a weekend pass which will be good for Friday Sunday competition. Tickets may be purchased with CASH ONLY. Checks and credit cards will not be accepted. Three tickets booths will be located at the Convention Center (A-Lobby, A/B Lobby, D-Lobby), and NCA will begin selling during registrations on Friday, and continue through the rest of the weekend. Friday ONLY Admission $20 Saturday ONLY Admission $25 Sunday ONLY Admission $25 Weekend Pass (3 Day Admission) $45 SPECTATOR PACKET NO TELEPHOTO / ZOOM LENSES ALLOWED Because we take the safety and security of our participants seriously, our policy is to protect your privacy and that of all participants. Still cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses will not be allowed during performances by unauthorized personnel/officials at any NCA Event. VIDEOS We will no longer be selling DVD's of performances due to, among other things, lack of demand and changing technology. Parents may use their personal cameras in the venue. However, use of professional recording equipment is still prohibited SECURITY All participants, coaches, and spectators are subject to random checks prior to entering the Championship venue. Please refrain from bringing any unnecessary bags, cases, etc. Security will also monitor use of video cameras during the event. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. DART Rail There is also a mass transit station with numerous stations which will take you and your team to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (Convention Center Station) and numerous other locations around Dallas. CONVENTION CENTER PARKING There is a parking map included at the back of this packet. Parking is $15 per car in all of the Convention Center garages. There are also numerous surrounding parking lots that offer different pricing options. DO NOT LEAVE PERSONAL ITEMS UNATTENDED Please do not leave personal items unattended at anytime during the event. If your gym is assigned a personal meeting room, please be sure to leave a parent or individual in the room should you choose to leave items in that location. Please do not leave your bags backstage prior to your performance. NCA & NDA recommends Cheerleaders & Dancers leave their bags with team parents prior to reporting to the practice room. NCA & NDA will have security during the event; however, these individuals are not responsible for watching personal items. SIGNS No signs can be attached to the walls, floors, railings, etc. at any NCA & NDA performance venue. If any signs are put up, they will be removed by order of the Fire Marshall. SPONSOR LOUNGE Sponsors will be located in C-Ballrooms 1 on Saturday and Sunday of the event. Spectators and participants are all welcome. SPECIAL VIEWING AREA An area in each PERFORMANCE VENUE has been designated for participants that would like to watch their teams perform. Sister teams from the competing gym will be allowed to enter the PERFORMANCE VIEWING area only when teams from their own gym are about to perform. Following the performance, you will need to exit the PERFORMANCE VENUE and allow the next squad access to the viewing area. PLEASE NOTE: The Arena will offer a Special Viewing Area in section 26. Spectators will need to check in with NCA staff outside of section 27 approximately 10 minutes prior to their team s performance. Spectators will rotate from a holding area to the special viewing area, then exit following their team s performance.. RANKINGS Rankings for all competitions will be posted on varsity.com as well as the myvarsity app. All teams will perform twice at the NCA & NDA All-Star National Championship. Your Day 1 score will count as 25% of your final score. Your Day 2 score will account for the other 75%. Page 2 of 6

DRIVING DIRECTIONS KAY BAILEY HUTCHISON CONVENTION CENTER On Central Expressway (US 75) Take Central Expressway (US 75) southbound. Take Exit to 1-35 / US 77 to Field Street. Turn left under the freeway and veer to the right onto Griffin Street. The Convention Center is straight ahead. On the Tollway Go South on the Dallas North Tollway. Take the Harry Hines/Downtown exit to Field Street to Griffin Street. The Convention Center is straight ahead On Highway 183 Take Carpenter Freeway (1-183) east to Stemmons Freeway (1-35E) southbound. Take the 1-45 / US 75 exit to the Griffin Street exit. The Convention Center is straight ahead. On 1-35 from the south, take R.L. Thornton Freeway (I-35E) northbound. Take I-30 east to Griffin / Lamar exit. Stay in the left lane as you exit to continue on Griffin Street. The Convention Center is straight ahead. On I-45 Take Julius Schepps (I-45) northbound. Take I-30 West Downtown / Ervay Street exit to Griffin Street. The Convention Center is straight ahead On I-30 If you are traveling from the East, take R.L. Thornton Freeway (I-30) westbound to Dallas. Exit Ervay Street (left Exit) and continue straight onto Griffin. If traveling I-30 eastbound (Texarkana), exit Lamar / Griffin Street and take the Griffin Street exit.
