UNITED KINGDOM AIP AD 2.EGTR-5 12 Dec 2013 EGTR AD 2.19 RADIO NAVIGATION AND LANDING AIDS EGTR AD 2.20 LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS 1 Airport Regulations (a) Terms and conditions of use are available on request from the aerodrome operator. (b) Aerodrome not available to aircraft unable to communicate by radio. (c) Gliders, para dropping and banner towing are not permitted. (d) High visibility clothing is mandatory airside. 2 Ground Movement 3 CAT II/III Operations 4 Warnings (a) Distance between taxiway centre-lines and the nearest obstruction is generally only 10.5 m. Pilots are to taxi with extreme caution. (b) HT cables, 95 ft aal running east-west approximately 0.3 nm north of Runway 08/26. (c) HT cables, running north - south approximately 0.21 nm from the threshold of Runway 08. 5 Helicopter Operations 6 Use of Runways 7 Training (a) Only Runway 26 is licensed for night use. (a) Runway 26 - After take off maintain runway heading until crossing the M1 motorway, then before the cemetery turn right to re cross the M1. Follow the M1 until 1nm before the junction with the M25 then continue en route. (b) Runway 08 After take-off maintain runway heading for 1 nm before turning left to avoid all built up areas. 3 Helicopter Operations (a) Helicopters are to arrive and depart from the ATZ via specific entry/exit point. Pilots should check with aerodrome operator prior to flight.
