Introduction This document illustrates report and chart examples that are available from Aegis standard report templates. The templates are available for new and existing customers, as they may be directly imported into the Data Miner. Each section includes a summary of the report content and its related data source(s). It also identifies runtime parameters, which is data criteria the end-user supplies to narrow down the data return and focus of the report or chart.
Aegis Standard Report Examples Quality and Test Reports First Pass Yield by Job This report details the first pass yield at each operation for a given job/work order, and is grouped by customer, assembly, and job. Yield Job(s)
First Pass Yield by Job with Defects This report details the first pass yield at each operation, and is grouped by job/work order and operation. Joined Quality & Yield Job(s) Defect Drill Down Report This Pareto chart returns the defect quantity for a specific time period grouped by defect code with the ability to drill down to the following levels in this order: assembly number, individual serial number, reference designator, and pin number. Operator Defect Report by Time This report returns the total number of defects an operator has logged for a given time period and is grouped by job/work order. Quality Job(s) DPMO 7912 Report by Job This report returns the calculated DPMO per IPC 7912 (end-unit DPMO, and based only on completed units) for a given time period and is grouped by customer and assembly number. In-Process DPMO by Time This report details the in-process DPMO value for each operation for a given time period and is grouped by job/work order. DPMO (In-Process) Time
Time Based Defect Report by Assembly This report returns a Pareto chart with defects grouped by inspection codes on page 1, and details the defect data on subsequent pages grouped by assembly for a given time period. Quality Time
Top 5 Defects by Cost This chart details the cost of quality for the top 5 inspection codes. A currency value may be related to each inspection code in order to yield these results. Quality None Top 5 Defects by Station Chart This chart details the top 5 inspection codes logged at a given operation point for a given time. Quality Operation and Time
Daily Yield this Month Chart This two-pane chart details first pass yield percentage in the top pane and the unit count in the bottom pane for each day of the current month. Yield None Technicians Log Report This report returns the defect counts grouped by defect code for a given symptom to identify the most common defects for a given failure. Measured Value Report This report returns the measured data for a given serial number, operation point and measured data type and is grouped by serial number. Test and Measurement Serial Number, Operation and Measurement Name (test name). Time Based Defect Report by Job This report returns a Pareto chart with defects grouped by defect codes on page 1 and then details the defect data on subsequent pages grouped by defect code for a given job/work order. Quality Job(s)/Work Order(s)
NPI Reports BOM Report by Assembly and Revision This report returns the BOM line items for an assembly revision, listing the part number, description, quantity, and consolidated reference designators. CAD-BOM Assembly and Assembly (BOM) Revision
Bill of Materials by Side This report returns the BOM line items for an assembly process revision, listing the part number, flattened reference designators, and description, and is grouped by assembly side. CAD-BOM Assembly (BOM) Revision and Process Revision
CAD Report by Process Revision This report returns each reference location with part number, description, component package, polarity, x, y, rotation, assembly side, and operation points. CAD-BOM Assembly (BOM) Revision and Process Revision Factory Routing This report details the factory operation points in ascending sequence and lists the assembly side performed at that operation, if the data is filtered from another operation point, and the name of the line. Revision Signoff Status This report details assembly (BOM) revisions, process revisions, and production ready assemblies that are ready for review and sign off and the user assigned to the signoff, and is grouped by assembly and signoff type. Revision Sign-Off None Part Relationship by Internal Part Number This report returns the customer part number, vendor part number, and manufacturer part number as they relate to the internal part number. Production & WIP Tracking Reports Job Status Report This report returns the details of all the jobs/work orders with their current status, and is grouped by customer and assembly. Job Status Time Routing Certificate of Conformance This report returns the product route history of a serial number through the operation points where WIP transactions were performed, and is grouped by serial number. Operator Activity Detail Report This report details all serial numbers processed by each operator, and is grouped by job/work order and operator. WIP Job(s)/Work Order(s) Ready to Ship Report by Job This report returns the quantity of assemblies that have successfully passed their last operation tracking point and is grouped by customer. Sub-Assembly Relationships (Genealogy) This report details the sub-assembly relationship with each sub-assembly name/number, revision, and serial number, and is grouped by job/work order. Time Delta Report and Chart by Job This report returns a report and separate chart (below) that details the difference between the estimated processing time and the actual time at an operation point for a given job/work order. WIP Job(s)/Work Order(s)
WIP Report by Job This report details the date/time and last operation point for each serial number in a given job/work order. System Administration Reports Operator Audit Log This report details scanning errors that a user encountered while performing actions in the material verification system and is displayed with one user per page. Material and Traceability Kitting Shortage Report This report returns a kit shortage quantity by comparing the material required and the available material in inventory for a given job/work order. Installed Components Recall Report This report lists all the serial numbers that contain a given part and its lot number. Traceability by Serial Number Report This report returns the customer name, assembly number, assembly revision, installed internal part numbers, related manufacturer part numbers to each internal part number, lot codes of the manufacture part numbers, operator, and operation point where the material was installed for a given serial number. Production Machines Machine Utilization This report details the amount of time (in seconds) that a machine or operation existed in a given state/condition for a specified time period.
