Maintenance Issues/Bug Fixes The following maintenance issues/bug fixes are included with this release. Program Screens The following maintenance issues pertain to the main areas of the program represented by navigation tabs at the top of the screen. Time Cards and Employees Duplicate punches caused by duplicate TimeClock Processes. 19986 20986 Split hours not applying Worked Hours Premium to hours split over a Pay Period. 21662 Pay to Schedule not functioning on the first day of a Pay Period for Salaried (Exempt) employee with additional hours. 22740 Time Card Departments filter displaying multiple instances of some departments when Include Subs option is selected. 23419 Unable to delete a system-generated transfer punch from a Time Card. 24763 Mass Schedule Punch customization not allowing duplicate punches. 25288 Time Cards not calculating correctly. 25883 Hours Discrepancy error showing due to unexplained calculations. 26416 Unable to delete employees in SQL 2000 databases. 25587 Employees losing Pay Policies with muliple Pay Groups enabled. 26450 Schedules and Job Tracking Attempting to displays Spreadsheet Schedules freezes the program in IE9. 25217 Create Jobs at Clock option randomly creating duplicate jobs. 15237 Editing a Task causes SQL timeout on random basis. 22974 Job Tracking Self Service punches not working with advanced Job Tracking settings. 24321 Reports Updated Accrual History report generating error upon save. 17406 Verification Audit report generates SQL error with Show Supervisor Symbols option enabled. 22977 Pay Period Summary report generating error upon save. 23216 Unable to access reports with Show Inactive Employees option enabled. 24531 Exceptions report displays a user name of "90 Day Rule" for reviewed errors 25032 9/20/2012 3 of 5
that have a user_id of -1. Unable to see Premium hours on Job Time Card report. 25708 Unable to browse pages when Reports continued on next page message appears. Incorrect pay info when hours on a Time Card go from calculating regular pay to calculating OT hours only. System Policies The following issues pertain to various policies throughout the system. Accruals and Holidays 26260 26715 Accruals set to award Daily awarding at an incorrect rate. 22795 Seniority Date not reflected with Used Year to Date yearly rotation. 23766 Processing company accruals can randomly duplicate accruals for employees. 26306 Automatically generate holiday hours for unscheduled days option not functioning with Scheduled day before/after options. 21277 Error Monitoring and Pay Groups Email Notification not functioning when selected to send to all users that can view the employee. 25356 The TimeForce system now logs out after notification emails are sent. 25460 Unable to use Absence Requests or Requests for any employee for email (SMTP) notification. When the employee Dropdown Threshold is exceeded, the Supervisor selection in Pay Groups does not contain an option to Select Supervisor. Duplicate accruals appearing after a Pay Period is processed on gotimeforce.com 27761 20388 25780 Policies randomly unassigning themselves from employees when assigned through Pay Groups. 27106 When the employee Dropdown Threshold is exceeded, the Supervisor selection in Pay Groups does not contain an option to Select Supervisor. 20388 User Security 2.8.25.8166: Error after setting up LDAP. 26245 Netclock interface only allows for IQ500 interface. 27768 Verify All feature not working in Supervisor Interface. 24811 9/20/2012 4 of 5
Misc The following issues pertain to miscellaneous areas of the system.
