TOUR CONDITIONS Tour Price Tour price is per person based on twin share and is subject to a minimum number of passengers. Should minimum numbers not be met, surcharges may apply. Prices including airport taxes and fuel surcharges are not guaranteed until full payment has been made. Deposits secure the reservations however, prices are subject to change. Security Deposit, Final Payment and Payment Options A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $2500 per person is payable at time of reservation. Travel Insurance* is compulsory and is to be arranged by the agent at time of booking. Your remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 August 2013. It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure payment is made by this time. Payments made by credit card are subject to merchant fees. Airfare Conditions Airfares included in this package are based on Emirates in economy class and are subject to availability at time of booking. Should minimum group numbers not be reached airfares are subject to increase. Air taxes and government surcharges quoted are approximate and subject to change. Emirates group airfare conditions also apply. Surcharges may also apply for alternate routes and if you are returning on a date different to that of the entire group. Tour Itinerary The tour itinerary is subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Passport and Visa Well before travelling, please ensure you have a current passport that is valid for at least 6 months after your scheduled return home to Australia. Your reservations must be made in the name as it appears on the passport. Please check that your particular passport does not require you to have a visa for travel. All countries have their own formalities and it is imperative you check with your consultant for any relevant visa requirements. Option to extend your holiday Please ask your consultant for options if you are considering extending your holiday. Amendment Fees Should you alter your arrangements, the first alteration is free of charge. Any subsequent changes will result in a minimum charge of $50 per change. Cancellation Any cancellations should be advised in writing and any such notice is not effective until received by CIT Holidays. The cancellation fee prior to 15 August is $2500 per person. A 100% cancellation fee will apply to reservations cancelled on or after this date (final payment date). Documentation Your documentation will be available two weeks prior to your departure.
