If you do not have a HFHS user ID or your ID is lacking the needed access to sign-in to a particular portal, you will need to contact the Henry Ford Health System IT Service Desk at 248-853-4900. Application Disclaimers: It is required that you have the Citrix Receiver application (http://receiver.citrix.com/) installed prior to using the HFHS Citrix Access Gateway. The mobile version of the Citrix receiver can be downloaded via the Google Play store for Android devices or the Apple itunes store for iphone/ipad devices. If you connect to other businesses, it is recommended to check with them to validate that the Henry Ford Health System recommended software will not impact your access to the other businesses. This document only details what is needed to successfully connect to the Henry Ford Health System only.

Once installed, you can then go to https://lightaccess.hfhs.org in your Android device s web browser, login, and then launch a Citrix link.
