General Information Conference Venue The venue of the IEW 2013 is the Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Centre. For directions to the venue by public transport, please refer to getting to the workshop at page 17. The address of the conference venue is 17 Boulevard Saint Jacques Paris, 75014, which is useful if you decide to go by taxi. Registration and Information Desk The Registration and Information Desk is set up at the foyer of the first floor (Les Clubs De Jazz) of the conference venue during the workshop. Attendees with the badge will have access to all plenary sessions, parallel sessions, cocktail reception on Wednesday night, River Cruise dinner on Thursday night as well as the coffee breaks and lunches. Internet Access Marriott premises are equipped with wireless Internet connection. This service is available for all registered participants during the IEW 2013 and included in the registration fee. For that, you need to bring your own computer. No open computers for public use will be available at the conference premises. Lunches and Coffee Breaks Lunch will be served at the restaurant Le Patio, third floor (Les Jardins) of the Marriott River Gauche Hotel & Conference Centre. Cocktail Reception and River Cruise Dinner Cocktail reception will be held at the restaurant Le Patio, the third floor Les Jardin on Wednesday, June 19, from 07:00 pm.
