As an artist-designer, Theam is one of the few overseas educated Cambodians involved in helping to revive the Cambodian craft sector since 1995. After receiving a sound artistic and technical education at the École Boule where he studied interior design and graphics, then at the prestigious École des Beaux-Arts de Paris, he returned to his native country to be reunited with those he had left behind. Located off the main road to Angkor Temple, the Atelier and Art Studio with its lush tropical garden welcome all visitors who wish to take the time to do a little more than visit the Angkor temples and who are looking for unique and authentic designer-made products.
