The Foundation Course in Colon Hydrotherapy The Colon Hydrotherapy course is fully accredited and approved by GPACT (Global Professional Association for Colon Therapists). This course is also recognised by professional indemnity insurance companies. There is a choice of insurance company and cover available. If you are changing careers, and have no previous knowledge of anatomy and physiology, you will need to complete the anatomy and physiology pre- study course before proceeding to colon hydrotherapy foundation studies. Stage 1 - Anatomy & Physiology Distance Learning For medical professions including nursing, there is no requirement to attend the Anatomy & Physiology course provided they have fulfilled the criteria for an exemption. An external body manages the exemption process. For students who have little or no background in the life sciences or those who have not studied biology for a number of years, the Dotolo Europe Training School in Colon Hydrotherapy works in partnership with Alternative Training, an independent organisation recognised as a leader in providing home study courses for alternative medicine.
