JING DONG GONG Stillness Movement Qigong LONDON WORKSHOP It is NOW time for these ancient Chinese healing techniques to be made available to the West. Master Wang Juemin The Michael Lomax Stillness Movement, and Medical Qigong workshops will be held from the 22 nd to the 24 th of January 2011 Teacher Michael Lomax, referred to as A Treasure of the USA and a senior student of Chinese National Treasure Master Wang Juemin, has over 30 years of direct clinical experience with Chinese Medical Therapeutics and is internationally recognized for his work in Neigong, Medical Qigong and Taoist Medicine.

Stillness-Movement Qigong & Gift of the Tao Movement Qigong 2 Day workshop: 22nd-23rd January This class is open to all, beginners or advanced. Everyone will practice Stillness- Movement and Gift of the Tao Qigong. Qigong methods have been utilized for thousands of years to improve health and increase awareness. These particular qigong methods are among the most powerful energetic systems in the world. Anyone can learn and practice these methods. The only requirements are an open mind and a positive attitude. Additional Qigong methods will be taught such as Walking Qigong, Tree Qigong, and Sleeping Qigong leading to Dreaming Qigong, depending upon time, weather and interest. There are no pre-requirements to attend this workshop Register soon as spaces are limited. Maximum of 25* Price- 190 earlybird price 200 after November 30 th**. Clinical/Medical Qigong (Optional) 1 Day workshop: 24th January An optional extra day is for those that wish to learn Medical Qigong Applications and Taoist Medicine Neuro-Energetic Qigong Bodywork. The Stillness-Movement Qigong is the base from which the medical applications come from. We learn how to heal others utilizing the manipulation of energy. These techniques come from the healing hospitals of China and are known as wai qi liao fa, healing with external energy. Clinical Applications is for the intermediate to advanced student. If you are a physician, acupuncturist, massage therapist, or otherwise engaged in the professional healing arts, understand anatomy and physiology, and are currently practicing qigong you can go ahead and register. If you have prior training in medical qigong or Asian bodywork therapy you can go ahead and register. If you have no medical training, nor training in medical qigong, but have been practicing qigong for a period of time you must first introduce yourself to Michael - email qiway@qigongamerica.com and receive permission to register. Workshop Location Pinewood Scout Centre Address: Pinewood Scout Centre Between 157 and 159 Shirley Church Road Shirley Croydon Surrey Directions and local public transport details will be sent out soon Description: The site comprises six acres of mixed woodland with a central hall. There is a small car-park and an area for a log fire. The woodland contains a range of trees, scrub, trails and a small lake, and is inhabited by a mixture of wildlife. The hall itself consists of a main room with two side rooms, a fully equipped kitchen plus toilets and showers. It will be possible to stay over night on site, for the Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to stay on site there will be a 10 per night fee. Details of some alternative local accommodation will be sent out soon

About Michael Lomax Qigong Teacher Michael Lomax, Dipl. ABT (NCCAOM) has over 30 years of direct clinical experience with Chinese Medical Therapeutics and is internationally recognized for his work in Medical Qigong and Asian Bodywork Therapy. With a unique background as an electrical engineer specializing in electromagnetic field theory, Michael completed a 12 year apprenticeship in Chinese Taoist Medicine with Master of Taoist Healing Osteopathic Physician Dr. Vicent Graef, D.O. Michael studied Medical Qigong in China at the Baoding Qigong Healing Hospital with Master Wang Juemin who was recognized as a National Treasure by the Chinese government. Michael has been endorsed by Master Wang to teach Qigong and Medical Qigong in the USA. Michael has also studied advanced Qigong Healing / Clinical Qigong with Teacher Wang Juemin and Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture with Teacher Liu Chunn Sheng in China. Michael is National Board Certified in Asian Bodywork Therapy by the National Commission for Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork through NCBTMB, and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in both Kentucky and Missouri. Michael is a professional Level IV Certified Teacher member of the National Qigong Association (NQA) and helped develop the NQA s clinical qigong and teacher certification standards. Michael has developed a Certification Program in Medical Qigong and owns and operates QigongAmerica (www.qigongamerica.com) and the.
