MLM Connect is a free online facility which allows you to access your account online, view copy correspondence, make payments and a whole lot more! This guide aims to provide a brief overview of MLM Connect including how to register. Registering for MLM Connect Before registering you will need: 1) Your MLM reference. This is stated on all correspondence from MLM. It can be found on top right hand corner of your Application for Payments and at the top of letters we have sent to you. Contact us if you re not sure. 2) Your registered email address. If you want to check which email address you have registered, please contact us. If you don t have an email address registered, please get in touch with us and we will update your records to enable you to register. Follow the easy steps below to register: Log into MLM s website and click on the MLM Connect Button. This opens a page that provides information about MLM Connect. Click Register / Log in and you will now be at MLM Connects log in screen. In order to register for the first time, click on the Registration & Forgotten Password link. Page 1
Add your Tenant reference number, select a username of your choice and add your registered email address. Click Register. If your registration is successful, you will receive the following message: Your password will be emailed to you. Return to the MLM Connect log in page and log in with your chosen username and generated password. You can change your password to something more meaningful by clicking on the Change Password link and follow the onscreen steps. If you forget your password, click on the Registration & Forgotten Password link and follow the on screen instructions Please note that MLM do not keep a record of your password for security reasons. If there are too many failed attempts to log in with an unrecognised Page 2
password, the system will lock you out and you will need to contact MLM to reinstate your user account. If for any reason, your registration has been unsuccessful, you will see an error message advising you of the incorrect information. Enter the correct information or contact MLM who can assist you with this process. What can I do on MLM Connect? MLM Connect has the following screens: Noticeboard Provides general up to date information about your property Balance Due Shows you any outstanding charges due for payment on your account Page 3
History Displays historic account transactions within a selected date range Make a payment Enables you to make a payment. Payments are facilitated through SagePay and you will need to follow the on screen prompts to make your payment. Card Processing Fees: Debit Card 0.50 per transaction, Credit Card 1.5% of transaction value for online payments only. Higher fees are applied if payment is made over the telephone to MLM. Documents Provides you with access to copy correspondence and useful documents about your property within 3 folders: 1) Documents for your account - Copy demands, Copy arrears letters etc. Page 4
2) Property related documents Year End Service charge accounts, Budgets, Insurance certificates etc. 3) General MLM documents Including Direct Debit Mandate, Statement of Tenants Rights and Obligations etc. Contact us Provides MLM Contact Details My Details Allows you to edit or update your contact details Page 5
