Facilitators Jasamin Fichte Founding & Managing Partner of Fichte & Co Jasamin, the Founding & Managing Partner of Fichte & Co, is an international commercial lawyer, who is a member of the German Bar and the English law society, holding double qualifications. Alessandro Tricoli Partner Alessandro joined Fichte & Co in 2006 and is a legal consultant specialising in claims and dispute resolution arising from carriage of goods by sea and international trade. He also acts in cases arising from ship sale & purchase, construction and conversion disputes and has acted for clients in non-contentious matters relating to ship building and ship s finance contracts. Alessandro has a broad practice encompassing many areas of the firm s contentious work, with a particular emphasis on charter party and cargo disputes. Ravi Jawani Senior Legal Consultant Ravi joined Fichte & Co in 2008 as a legal consultant. He holds LLM in Maritime Law from University of Southampton, UK since 2005. Ravi is an international maritime lawyer, who is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, since 2002 and the English Law Society, since 2005. His areas of experience include marine insurance, carriage of goods by sea and international trade law. Prior to his joining of Fichte & Co he was heading the insurance department of one of the leading off-shore construction companies in Abu Dhabi and has worked with leading international litigation law firms in Mumbai. Anshuman Singh Admiralty Manager Capt. Anshuman Singh has diverse claims handling experience being a P&I Correspondent in the UAE for nearly five years. He has worked with all of the IG Clubs handling the most complicated claims in the region which included collisions, cargo damage and shortages, crew claims and charter party disputes.
