Venue Management (SVM). This is a brand new emphasis area being created within in the HRM program. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, teaching, advising students, marketing the program, locating & developing internship opportunities, and serving as industry liaison for SVM. The successful applicant will work closely with colleagues in the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism charged with developing a Sport Management emphasis area. The Hotel and Restaurant Management Program is one of the largest programs in the College with professional tracks in Food & Beverage Management, Lodging Management, and Conference & Event Management.
