Basic tours: Old Town, Vilnius Cathedral, Gediminas Tower, Peter and Paul Church, St. Anne s Church, Old University, Gates of Dawn. Optional tours: Trakai. Driving distance: 67 km Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania, and is the second biggest city of the Baltic states. Trakai is a historic city and lake resort in Lithuania.
Day 3. Palace Riga Vilnius Biržai Castle - Rundale Breakfast at the hotel. Basic tours: Biržai Castle. Rundale Palace. Night at the hotel 4* in Riga. Driving distance: 320 km. Riga, the capital of Latvia, is the pearl both of Latvia and the whole of the Baltics. Riga is included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage list. The Rundāle Palace ensamble, one of the most outstanding monuments of Baroque and Rococo architecture in Latvia.
Day 4. Riga Sigulda - Riga Breakfast at the hotel. Optional tours: Gauja National Park, town of Sigulda, Episcopal Castle, Castle of the Knights of the Sword, Ethnographical Open Air Museum, organ concert at the Dome Cathedral. Optional meals: At the hotel. Night in Riga hotel 4*. Driving distance: 102 km. Sigulda is known for the colors of its trees in autumn. Gauja National Park one of the largest and most beautiful specially protected nature territories.
Day 5. Riga Breakfast at the hotel. Basic tours: Old Town, Riga Castle, Dome Cathedral, St. Peter s Church, Swedish Gate, Three Brothers, Large and Small Guild House, Freedom Monument. Optional tours: Jurmala. Optional meals: Dinner at the Restaurant Forest or at the hotel. Walking distance: 5 km. Driving distance: 76 km. Riga's historical centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, noted for its Art Nouveau/Jugendstil architecture and 19th century wooden architecture. Jurmala has a 33 km (21 miles) stretch of white-sand beach.
