Recent Games April 13, 2016 vs. Indiana L, 92-97 In its final game of the 2015-16 season, Milwaukee lost to Indiana, 97-92, at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. The Pacers knocked down five 3-pointers and shot 50 percent overall in the first quarter to open up a 37-20 lead going into the second quarter. Solomon Hill accounted for four of those 3-pointers, scoring 12 first-quarter points en route to a season-high 25 points for the game. Indiana stretched its lead to as many as 24 points in the third quarter before the Bucks battled back to trail by only eight points heading into the fourth quarter. Milwaukee couldn t complete the comeback and Indiana earned the victory. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way for the Bucks, scoring 19 points to go with nine rebounds and five assists, while Jabari Parker chipped in 17 points and seven rebounds. Hill led all scorers and added had six rebounds and three assists. April 11, 2016 at Orlando L, 98-107 In their final road game of the season, the Bucks fell to the Magic, 107-98, at the Amway Center in Orlando. Greg Monroe, who finished with a game-high 23 points, scored 15 of those points in the first quarter, but the Bucks still found themselves down 32-22 going into the second quarter. Milwaukee couldn t bring down Orlando s lead during the ensuing two quarters, trailing by as many as 20 points, 77-57, with 4:35 left in the third quarter. NEWS & NOTES MILWAUKEE BUCKS GAME NOTES 2015-16 SEASON REVIEW ABOUT ANTETOKOUNMPO In his third NBA season, Giannis Antetokounmpo averaged career highs in a plethora of categories including points (16.9), rebounds (7.7), assists (4.3), blocks (1.4) and steals (1.2) while shooting a career-high 50.6 percent from the field. COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY MILWAUKEE BUCKS GAME NOTES 2015-16 SEASON REVIEW O BRYANT HONORS TOP READERS Bucks center Johnny O Bryant visited Brown Street Academy on Wednesday, April 6 to honor the winning students of his 30 Books in 30 Days reading challenge, which took place from Feb. 11 through March 10. Over 180 students participated in the challenge and read more than 3,500 total books. During the visit, O Bryant visited the top two classrooms from the reading challenge and hosted a group celebration to congratulate the students on their accomplishments. O Bryant originally launched his reading challenge at Brown Street Academy on Feb. 10. His relationship with the school throughout the season has fostered a love of reading among the students, with many students experiencing significant improvements in their reading abilities. BUCKS JOIN IN ON AUTISM AWARENESS MONTH The Milwaukee Bucks and forward John Henson partnered with Autism Speaks as part of a league-wide initiative. Henson donated 180 tickets for Milwaukee s game on 4/1 vs. Orlando to several Milwaukee-area Autism groups so that members and their families could enjoy the game together. Henson also hosted a meet and greet prior to the game in order to interact with the groups and to show his support for the cause.
