(Tell a trusted adult) Now, we are going to play a board game to see how well we ve remembered what we learned about netiquette. Activity Place students in groups of two. Each group needs one set of both attachments (the game board and the playing cards/game pieces). Students will take turns reading the playing cards and following the instructions. The first student in each group to get to Pete s Lair at the end of the game board wins. Hint: If your students are just developing their reading skills, you can read the playing cards aloud to them. Divide your class in half, and assign each half a different character. When you read for character 1, half of the class will move. The other half will move when you read for character 2. Follow-Up Have students write out their own playing cards to add to the game. Visit NetSmartzKids.org with your students. l Visit NetSmartz.org for more teaching materials.
