CA032-2016 UASC Online Submission rights for Shipping Instructions (SI) 24 April, 2016 In an effort to better align our e-services with your requirements, we are pleased to inform you that we have changed some functionalities on our booking module online. A new field called Submit shipping Instruction for B/L has been introduced on our booking module online, under shipment parties, which allows the booking party to assign SI submission rights to any of the export parties (i.e. booking party, agreement party, forwarder or shipper). UASC online will allow the SI party (assigned by the booking party) to submit SI s only for the bookings assigned to them and at any given point either the booking party or the SI party will be able to update the SI s. UASC online and mobile application changes 21 April, 2016 In an effort to better align our e-services with your requirements, we are pleased to inform you that we have changed some functionalities on the schedules module online, as well as our mobile application. On selection of a port pair combination, the system previously generated both preferred and non-preferred routes in our sailing schedules. The changed functionality allows you to view the preferred route with an option to Show more for non-preferred routes as required. Schedule search duration has been changed to 7, 14 and 30 days for departure and arrival dates. When you search schedules for a particular port pair, UASC online will display the schedules for UASC s preferred routes denoted by a star icon. If you would like to see all the schedules including UASC s non-preferred routes for the selected port pair then please click the Show More option as explained below.
This allows you to view all the schedules applicable for the selected port pair When you click Book Now for UASC s non-preferred route, then the system will alert you as below.
UASC Mobile ios Mobile Application: Schedule search duration has changed to 7, 14 and 30 days for departure and arrival dates. The Show more option has been added to view schedules, applicable for non-default routes. In case schedules are not available for the preferred route the mobile app will display schedules for non-preferred routes directly.
