Downloading Electro Scan Smartphone App From Google Play* * Previously known as The Android Market Hello and Welcome to Electro Scan s Next Generation in Leak Detection Before you begin, please make sure that you have a Good Connection (i.e. 4-Bars) on your Android-based Smartphone or Tablet before attempting to download the Electro Scan Smartphone App from play.google.com. It is not sufficient to connect your Android Smartphone to your desktop or laptop computer via USB 2.0 cable. Your Electro Scan Smartphone App makes full use of Google Play. As a result, it is required that you download your Electro Scan Smartphone App directly from Google Play on the web to your Android Smartphone or Tablet. And, Thanks again for selecting Electro Scan, Inc. General Steps to Download & Install the Electro Scan Smartphone App to Your Android Smartphone. 1. Select the Applications Icon. 2. Navigate to the Application Page containing Play Store and select Play Store. 3. Google Play Store is displayed. Tap the magnifying glass at the top right corner of the screen. 4. Enter Electroscan into the Search bar. 5. The application will be displayed in the APPS list. 6. Select the application. 7. The application s store window will be displayed. Select the application s Install button. 8. The permission s page will be displayed. Select the Accept & download. 9. 10.After successful installation, you will be given a choice to Open application or Uninstall. Select Open. 11. Deleting Smartphone Application Data If you have been given a Training Registration key and would like to switch to your Primary Registration key, please follow the steps below: 1. On your Android Device, go to Settings. 2. Select Applications. 3. On the Applications list, select Manage Applications. 4. Select the Electro Scan Application to open up the Application details. 5. To delete the Training Registration key from the Application, select Clear Data. * 6. A confirmation box will appear. Press OK. Once OK has been selected, the data on the Application will be cleared and you will be able to enter in a new Registration Key. 7. Return to the Application to enter your Primary Registration Key.
