1 How do I manually uninstall my Windows ESET security product? If you have used the ESET Start Menu uninstaller and continue to have problems uninstalling or reinstalling your ESET security product, or your ESET security product remains active after uninstallation, then the uninstallation has failed. Follow the instructions relevant to your Operating System on using the ESET Uninstaller tool to manually remove your ESET security product. The techniques below apply to all versions of ESET NOD32 Antivirus and ESET Smart Security, NOD32 v2, and ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server. Windows Vista/Home Server/XP/2003 R2/2003/ Download the ESET Uninstaller application (500 KB) and save it to your Desktop. Click the button below to begin your download. Download 2. Restart your computer in Safe Mode by repeatedly pressing the F8 key during startup until the advanced options are displayed. Select Safe Mode and press ENTER. 7 Part 1: Delete ehdrv.sys from your computer 1. Click Start My Computer and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers 2.
