LOW COST PREFABRICATED CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM SANDWICH PANEL 100mm [SHEET STEEL + EPS + SHEET STEEL] PREFABRICATED BULDINGS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1 GENERAL SYSTEM DESCRIPTION SYSTEM DESCRIPTION: In accordance with the data from the projects which static estimations and architectural designs are accomplished on the basis of region and projects, below materials are listed: According to (DIN EN 10326) standards; Galvanized steel with the stated properties are used. Material Yielding Point Tensile Strength S320GD+Z;+AZ(Erdemir Quality No:1332) 3200 kg/cm² (320 N/mm²) 3900 kg/cm² (390 N/mm²) S350GD+Z;+AZ(Erdemir Quality No:1335) 3500 kg/cm² (350 N/mm²) 4200 kg/cm² (420 N/mm²) PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY: Production is done via full automated roll forming machines. Desired forms are manufactured by continue profile lines. Necessary installation and connection spaces are punched via computer control. No welding process is implemented during production and assembly process. Connections are accomplished by special bolt and/or screws. Seismic and static calculations required for location of the construction are performed by Sap2000, CFS, STA4CAD, BRICSCAD, HAYESCAD programs in accordance with load value defined by relevant project and standards.
