He has worked in information technology since 1994 and in ediscovery since 1999. James Billingsley Senior Solutions Consultant, Nuix James Billingsley has seven years experience in computer forensics. He has considerable experience as a senior computer forensics investigator providing expert witness at magistrates and crown courts in the UK. He has also worked as part of a security investigation and assessment team as a Breach Investigation Consultant leading PCI forensic investigations. James is a Relativity Certified Administrator and working as an ediscovery Consultant he has supported legal reviews hosted on the Relativity platform as part of continuing major global investigations. Previously Director of ediscovery at Inventus (formerly known as Teris), Mike managed large scale forensic collections, built customized ediscovery workflows for Fortune 500 corporations and developed proprietary IP utilized in processing automation. At Nuix, Mike works across training, product demonstrations, operating procedure documentation and client management. Jaime Florence Director of Collection Technology, Nuix Jamie Florence manages the Nuix Collector and Enterprise Collection Center in California. Prior to joining Nuix, Jaime was the Founder and CEO at MicroForensics. Jaime s performed computer forensics, ediscovery examinations and expert testimony in both civil and criminal cases for law firms, corporations, the US Department of Justice and the California Highway Patrol. Early in his career, Jaime was a Lead Test Engineer at multiple software companies and internet startups. Matthew Geaghan ediscovery Consultant, Nuix Matthew Geaghan joined Nuix in 2010 from one of London s leading litigation support providers, providing consultancy, training and technical support for Nuix s European partners. He has worked extensively on ediscovery projects and investigations with high-profile clients, including the UK government and top-tier corporations around the world. After spending a year at Nuix headquarters in Sydney, working with the product management team for the Nuix Web application suite, Matthew has moved to New York to focus on Manhattan s ediscovery market. Craig Guymon Senior Sales Engineer, Nuix Craig Guymon is an experienced sales engineer and technical account manager with an IT and criminal justice background. Lee Meyrick Director of Information Management, Nuix Lee Meyrick is Director of Information Management at Nuix. He has worked for more than a decade in planning and implementing data discovery and compliance systems and advising organizations how to use ediscovery techniques to retrieve information from unstructured data. Lee has extensive experience with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act and discovering high-risk data for remediation. Chris Pogue Senior Vice President for Cyber Threat Analysis, Nuix Chris Pogue has 14 years experience in digital forensic investigation, having worked with Trustwave SpiderLabs, the IBM/ISS X-Force incident response and ethical hacking teams and the US Army Signal Corps. Over the past decade, Chris has been a cybercrimes investigator, law enforcement and military instructor, and delivery director.
