Grant Goldenberg Electronic Discovery Counsel, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY Mr. Grant Goldenberg is currently in-house Electronic Discovery Counsel for Branch Bank & Trust Company (BB&T). Michael Lappin Director of Archiving, NUIX Michael Lappin is Nuix s leading expert on information governance and ediscovery of archived data. Michael was responsible for the issuance, service and deposition of over 150,000 California Civil, Workers Compensation Appeals Board and Federal District Court subpoenas in the early/mid 1990 s. Eddie Sheehy Chief Executive Officer, Nuix Eddie Sheehy has been the CEO of Nuix since 2006 and has overseen the commercialization of the company s ediscovery, electronic investigation and information governance software following seven years of research and development.
